Beautiful rooms, thoughtful touches, warm and friendly staff. Quiet part of town, some street-side parking options around. The overall feel is artful and in good taste. Rooms have recently been renovated.
The room was a little smaller/tighter than hoped. The door didn't close easily (had to use force to hold and lock/unlock). The hanging light point at the coffee table wasn't working. As my stay was short, I didn't raise these issues. No electric car charging points within walking distance of the property - that would be a nice option to have.

We loved our room! The styling and presentation were gorgeous with our little outside garden - which was so nice after traveling for so long with no doors to outside space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wish we had more than the one night - didn't want to leave!
No big deal, but would have been better if the location was closer to all. In saying that, we would definitely love to stay here again x

Well-appointed room with quality bedding and comfy bed. Tea and coffee in room. Quiet. Good breakfast (paid), with ample selection. Good access to bus going directly to metro.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Hotel was lovely as were the rooms. Beautifully decorated and nice and quiet.
