Exceptional
The staff was great! We met a few different receptionists and all were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They gave great food recommendations! The room was lovely and spacious. The view was amazing! Our windows opened right out to the theatre and it was beautiful to look at when it was all lit up at night. There's plenty of public transportation options nearby as well. We had a great stay!

Wonderful
Perfectly located near the large number of top quality restaurants, and right across the bridge from historic old town Lyon.
Friendly helpful staff.
Fans in the room kept temperature in the room comfortable even though the outdoor day time temperature reached 90 degrees F
3 floors up, no elevator.

Location was close to a metro station and many of the attractions. A left out of the door and you were 50 yards away from the river and great views of the Notre Dame Basilica.
Coffee in the lobby was free during our stay.
The stairs! The hotel is on the upper floors of the building. There were three flights of stairs to climb just to get to reception. While not a big deal most of the time, checking in and out was difficult as there is no elevator and we had two large heavy bags with us.

I liked that it had a early check in, after driving for over 14 hours with no sleep, was just a place to get our heads down for 8 hours before setting off again at 2am to go to spain

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Cleanliness was okay—not perfect, but fine by French standards. The location was excellent; right after stepping out, you’re in Place des Jacobins or Place du Théâtre. Overall, a good stay.

The location is superb. Lots to see and great things to walk or bike to. The night was fun and everything was well lit. Ill stay again!

Excellent location. Centrally located near restaurants and activities. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Marcia was especially great and the young woman (sorry, can’t recall her name) that helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport was super!
The cleaning service was hit-and-miss. One day we did not receive new towels and another day our toilet paper was not replaced even though we had an empty roll.

Wonderful
We had an unscheduled stop in Lyon due to a missed flight. We booked this hotel by chance. The team at reception were absolutly fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us book train tickets to Nice the next day. We were also given a restaurant recommendation and we had an exceptional meal. A small hotel, but with a customer service ethic that would exceed most 5 star locations !!

The location was perfect. The room was very clean.
The toilette was in a small room and you couldn’t close the door while sitting. The whole building can hear when you flush it was very very noisy. The sink and shower area was really packed and small. The bed was a bit stiff. Keep in mind there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 floors.
