Location was very convenient
There was no electric kettle or mini fridge in the room which was really weird since everywhere i stay has it nowadays.
Room and especially the bathroom was super small. Shower was almost above the toilet, with a shower curtain which was very hard to use and irritating.
There is only a blackout curtain in the room. so when its open, the inside is visible from outside. If there were sheer curtains too the room could get some light.

Disappointing
The room pictures on Booking.com bore no resemblance to the room we stayed in. The lack of hot water on our first day of stay was also devastating! Upon check-out, they didn't charge us for our first breakfast as an apology.

Lovely, helpful staff. Good breakfast . Room was comfortable and had tea/ coffee making facilities.
Room was a little less up market than we had expected.
Would have liked a slightly bigger room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was clean.
Good shower.
Great location - close to Lyon- Perrache train station.
Maintenance needs work. There was a slow leak of water onto the floor in our bathroom.
Scaffolding was up outside while we were there.
We weren’t given the room we booked (which was a corner room) however the one we were given had a walk in shower so we stayed in it.
The room is very small (10 sq metres) and so it was difficult for a 4 day stay for 2 people as there is nowhere to put your ‘things’.

Great location near the station and within walking distance of the old town.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
My stay was excellent.
My only criticism was the cappuccino at breakfast.
The breakfast was really good.
But the cappuccino from the machine was very poor.

They were very nice and let me use the refrigerator in breakfast room. And the guy in the reception was also very friendly and helped me with my luggage that didn’t arrive the same day that i arrived. Location is good is not next to the main station but it is very close to felixbus stop and subway and the other trainstaion of the town. And it is close to the main atractions. I really enjoyed my visit . Thank you
