A good location, a good price and friendly staff.
Room was tiny and bathroom was tinier. But, the price was good and I guess that explains it.

breakfast but the waiter was not nice at all!
Waiter was rude when I was 5 minutes early for breakfast and needed to get going to my business meeting. He wouldn't let me eat until exactly 7am! Second issue. I'm still waiting for the release of the hold on my card for $151.06, this is from February and it's March now!!!!!!

Very quiet, good soundproofing. Good location near the center. It was easy to find a parking lot - it was a weekend and we didn't use the hotel's parking. Very clean and room was cleaned every day. Good heater.
The room is relatively small. The furniture is minimalist.

Location was very convenient
There was no electric kettle or mini fridge in the room which was really weird since everywhere i stay has it nowadays. Room and especially the bathroom was super small. Shower was almost above the toilet, with a shower curtain which was very hard to use and irritating. There is only a blackout curtain in the room. so when its open, the inside is visible from outside. If there were sheer curtains too the room could get some light.

Disappointing
The room pictures on Booking.com bore no resemblance to the room we stayed in. The lack of hot water on our first day of stay was also devastating! Upon check-out, they didn't charge us for our first breakfast as an apology.

They were very nice and let me use the refrigerator in breakfast room. And the guy in the reception was also very friendly and helped me with my luggage that didn’t arrive the same day that i arrived. Location is good is not next to the main station but it is very close to felixbus stop and subway and the other trainstaion of the town. And it is close to the main atractions. I really enjoyed my visit . Thank you

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The room is small but spacious.
Especially for families with children, the lack of a mini bar or refrigerator in the room makes things difficult.

very nice staff, lovely hotel, good breakfast
The only slight comment would be that the bath plug didn't quite function properly and that a tile was loose on the side of the bath- but staff were helpful and gave us a replacement plug. But we loved our stay.

The location was great, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The room had excellent storage options, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Wi-Fi was mostly good, although it did have occasional issues. The heating and air conditioning were easy to adjust to personal preference.
Breakfast was quite expensive at €16. Also, the key to the room had a heavy keychain, which was a bit inconvenient. The walls were very thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be a problem.
