The Hotel is in a great location. Several walkable plazas are nearby. The tram and train station is very accessible. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The tub was a bit awkward. It would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning.
And an in room small fridge would be a nice addition to the rooms.

The hotel is in a really central location so it's easy to get to places.
It has a slightly old fashioned vibe with references to the Simplon Pass and cycling which I liked.
The staff were very pleasant
The shower cubicle off the bedroom is very small but works fine. It's a bit like being in a caravan.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Nice, attentive staff, comfortable bed, location perfect for my needs.
The showerhead holder was damaged and didn't stay in place, making showering a bit awkward. Nothing too serious. Good stay overall.

This property is at the best location. It is beautifully designed, respecting the old, but updated with the new stuff needed in modern life, including an elevator. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was kind.
