This was a wonderful, small hotel, with a very comfortable room that was clean, had a really friendly staff, good breakfast, and parking! I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. It was just a really good stay and unexpected.

The proximity to the tram station and the old town
Our room was too small for 2 people with luggage. The bathroom was tiny and very little room to move around the bed because of the lack of space for suitcases

Good value for the price. Good air conditioning. Good restaurants in the area. Good boulangeries just north of the hotel. Comfortable beds. Renovated bathroom. Nice walk in shower. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Very quiet.
A location near place Bellcour would have been more central. But this was within 6 min walk of the Perache metro and rail station. So reasonable location especially for the price.

Ridiculously small bathroom sink. Water got everywhere. Shower floor slippery, but resolved by putting a hand towel as a "rug"

Wonderful staff, great location and easy to reach, parking garage, small but very clean room and bathroom.
The street noise all night long... Also, the guests are supposed to leave the car keys at the reception desk, but the hotel doesn't take responsibility for any potential damage. I didn't leave mine because nobody specifically asked me to at that moment, but I wouldn't feel comfortable if I had to do it.

Superior double room was comfortable and the AC was really needed due to the hot weather. Very helpful registration staff. Lots of good restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance as well as a pedestrian shopping mall. Tram stop also nearby. Water cooler in the lobby.
Location is 15 to 20 minutes away from the train station, by Uber. Elevator is tiny but serviceable. Other family members’ regular double rooms were small but functional.

Hotel was in walking distance to most major sights I wanted to see and the area around the hotel is quite nice, except for further south near the train station. The room was made up every day, which was nice. For my purpose the hotel was totally fine.
While the room is ok for a single traveler with little luggage, two people with two or more bags will probably find the room a bit tight. The breakfast room is really small and I wonder what it would be like if the hotel is at full capacity. Breakfast is fine, but doesn't offer a huge range of options.

Great bed and shower. Pleasant and helpful staff. Fresh water offered on arrival and fresh water fountain available at all times. Tea and coffee making facility in bedroom, replenished every day

Didn’t like the decor in the bedroom so much. Breakfast room a bit basic, I didn’t get breakfast there.

Central location good for walking
Bad security for booking.com. Received many spam emails via booking.com requesting to update of payment details. Emailed the property to advise them of their security issues and they did nothing. Please beware if you are booking through them as this is a common scam with booking.com for properties that have poor cyber security and don’t use 2FA.
The stay itself was fine. Property room extremely small and was a little dirty (mould in shower)

From the start of our holiday, Celine,Vincent & other staff were amazing so polite so helpful with a smile , nothing too much bother , I honestly would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying here again. My husband & I will most definitely return.
