It was super close to train station about 7 minutes walk. The staff were exceptional! Always happy and helpful and kind. When we had an incorrect room from what we paid for they were quick to take ownership of the error and fix it. The beds were comfortable. So many restaurants right outside the door. Easy to get around from there.
The room was soooo small. The bathroom door couldn’t open more than enough to squish through because the bed was obstructing it. The tub was so high it was hard to get in and out. The elevator fit only I person at a time.

Wonderful
The location is great, close to Perrache metro, train and tram stations. Well connected to public transport network to visit the city. The hotel is in a quiet area, without any noises coming from the street during night time so we slept like babies. The bed and pillows were very comfy and clean. I liked the bathroom, is modern and has a good size for one person, the shower cabin is spacious, the towels were clean and changed daily. The staff was kind, especially the lady at the reception desk, she was very friendly and helpful so big thanks to her! Many shops, restaurants, boulangeries, coffee shops, supermarkets in the area. We did not pay for breakfast at the hotel, we preffer to eat while visiting the city.
The hotel needs some maintenance like the room and bathroom's doors were damaged by previous tourists, also the carpet looks weird and outdated. Laminated floor or tiles would look much better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very small, there is no space to open your suitcase, not very well taken care off, the bed is uncomfortable, the shower is constantly changing temperature and water pressure, the breakfast room is too small for the amount of people in the hotel, only park your car here if your car isn't very big and you're very comfortable driving your car.

This was a wonderful, small hotel, with a very comfortable room that was clean, had a really friendly staff, good breakfast, and parking! I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. It was just a really good stay and unexpected.

The proximity to the tram station and the old town
Our room was too small for 2 people with luggage. The bathroom was tiny and very little room to move around the bed because of the lack of space for suitcases

Ridiculously small bathroom sink. Water got everywhere. Shower floor slippery, but resolved by putting a hand towel as a "rug"

Good value for the price. Good air conditioning. Good restaurants in the area. Good boulangeries just north of the hotel. Comfortable beds. Renovated bathroom. Nice walk in shower. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Very quiet.
A location near place Bellcour would have been more central. But this was within 6 min walk of the Perache metro and rail station. So reasonable location especially for the price.

Wonderful staff, great location and easy to reach, parking garage, small but very clean room and bathroom.
The street noise all night long... Also, the guests are supposed to leave the car keys at the reception desk, but the hotel doesn't take responsibility for any potential damage. I didn't leave mine because nobody specifically asked me to at that moment, but I wouldn't feel comfortable if I had to do it.
