Wonderful
The biggest positive was the staff - they really couldn't be kinder or try harder to make your stay a good one. I travel a lot & stay in a lot of hotels, but here I felt like an individual and genuinely valued. The hotel was nice otherwise, I appreciated being able to control the heating and aircon in my room and the room I asked for was very quiet, as requested - as a result I slept a lot better than I usually do in a hotel.

Very handy for Perrache station, plus tramway and metro, and well placed near the confluence and the city. Hotel clean, comfortable, staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough.
Shower was new, but a real squeeze to get in and out of, even for an average sized person.

Location is great, it is located in a very central area next to a park, many restaurants around. The staffs are very friendly and helpful in general (especially during the one's evening).
There was one afternoon female staff was a bit rude when she receive a small package for me. The others are fantastic. Air conditioning keeps cutting off every 5 mins.

The place is clean, the service is great and the option of having a nice breakfast is handy. I enjoyed my stay a lot and grateful for the experience!
The only drawback is that the area is really loud and even at 2-3am there were still some groups of people screaming and whistling. But that is not something the hotel is responsible for.

The room was quite small. Considering the amount of money I spent for this stay, I would expect there would be some essentials in the room, like a kettle, or a small refrigerator.
