The noise in the room -we could hear everything from the street-, that there was not hot water -something broke but the hotel did not say anything and no compensation was given- the bed was really small and old .

Th location except a bar under very noisy
Th noise from the bar beside the hotel. The room was not so clean ..shower eithertoilet sit not steady breakfast a way to expensive for the quality of the ingredients suggested .. way to expensive for what it is offered room breakfast .

Location is great. Service and comfort is based on luck - which room or receptionist you get. My second room was all good, comfortable.
My room was stinky and I requested a change. The generation Z receptionist gave me such a bad attitude and treatment with the comments like I dont have time for this and This is not how it works. Since there was no other room in the same rate, they made me pay extra. Also the luggage store is just a locked mini storage without any name tagging or numbering. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my luggage especially because when I picked them up during another persons shift. So no trace who put what and who takes what luggage.

They gave us one small and one big towel for two people. Also the glass door in the shower is small so a lot of water ends up on the floor of the small bathroom.

Very noisy room overlooking a cafe /bar -difficult to get to sleep until 3am. Single glazing only in room and therefore coule be improved by installing suitable double glazing units to reduce the noise
