The hotel is very nice, in quite zone. The breakfast was very good and the possibility to eat at the internal restaurant appreciated
Parking at the train station was pretty expensive despite the big discount offered by the hotel

Staff welcoming and professional- room overlooking interior courtyard with sunshine and birdsong. Excellent breakfast with attentive staff. Filtered water and free apples to hand on ground floor. Small but practical room- clean crisp bed linen. Maintenance issues addressed. Good bike storage. Great location for trains and trams. A welcome surprise!

the hotel is clean and nice, decent 3 stars hotel but not wow at all, the staff is ok
The location is neither great nor terrible, being about a 15–20 minute walk from the city centre. The breakfast is decent but quite repetitive, and surprisingly there are no fresh vegetables available (such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or salad).
The room is extremely small and has a somewhat clinical, hospital-like feel. The hotel overall, including the corridors, appears quite dated and could benefit from renovation.

Bright entrance. Shame the decor didn’t match the bedroom. Lovely staff
Air con setting- set to a level that couldn’t be changed. Very hot in Lyon over the weekend so room definitely not cool enough. Tried to open window but then very noisy. Didn’t sleep well.pillows very soft, basic room.
