Comfortable hotel in central location for transport and sights. Kettle and tea/coffee available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and food was high quality. Friendly staff.
Too many heavy blankets on the bed during the hot weather!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, location was perfect, right in the centre of so many things with his transport links. Bar area was nice and great they give you drink tokens in exchange for not changing towels etc. Bedroom and bathroom had great lighting
Pool was meant to be heated but was pretty cold, also right next to eating area which seemed a little odd but there wasn't anyone there when I went to swim. My room was facing the street and a bright light was on sometimes in the early hours of the morning which was a bit distracting. TV option in room had Netflix on the remote but wouldn't let you connect to wifi

It’s a four star hotel. The staff is young and helpful
Room 304, I think was one of the least attractive rooms I’ve stayed in. Dull furniture against the walls, unattractive fixtures, I don’t think it meets anyone’s expectations for the top of the price junior suite charges. I’ve stayed in a lower hrade room that is much more appealing. No kettle no coffee in room and the steam table at the 19€ breakfast was “broken “ so you put room temperature eggs and sausage on a plate and they microwave for you. I love this hotel but it totally missed the mark this time.

The best position for Annecy. Lovely views to the street/canal right in the heart of this beautiful town. Very large rooms, cool and clean. Friendly staff and despite our room facing the street, quiet and restful sleep.
