The best position for Annecy. Lovely views to the street/canal right in the heart of this beautiful town. Very large rooms, cool and clean. Friendly staff and despite our room facing the street, quiet and restful sleep.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and location perfect for walking round Lyon.
The swimming pool had no clean towels available and no pre-shower. We used it once but we’re not convinced that it was hygienic so didn’t use it again.

Fantastic staff, made us feel so welcome. Great hearty fresh breakfasts. Lovely location with wonderful history to the building.
Slightly dated look to the rooms which might not be to everyone’s taste, but I thought it added character and charm. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The only thing good about the property was the location
Very poor rooms, poor facilities, uncomfortable bed the hotel needs renovation, no AC. The staff not friendly quality of food very poor.

It’s a lovely and charming hotel with that seamless understated elegence the French do so well in a fab central location.
The pool is fantastic but open rarely. It opens at 2 in the afternoon so as we stayed only one night our morning swim and therefore any swim was not possible, which is a shame as we booked it for the pool.
