Great location with good restaurant on first floor. Good breakfast with variety; quality food.
Room was fine except air conditioner creaked rather loudly … and staff could do nothing to make it better. Turned it off one night and opened window to get Susan’s woke with mosquitos in the room and bites all over! Lift broke on our last day; my husband (recovering from foot surgery) had to climb four stories with his cane.?

We asked for three beds - each bed had a night table, reading lamp, charging plugs. And there were three chairs in the room. It was very efficient for three women travelling together. The hotel was charming.

The location is great. Good value for money.
You can hear the doors and foot steps above from the other rooms even though they try to mitigate it. Breakfast with powder eggs could be improved.

Excellent location in downtown. Close to pick up location for bus and boat tours. Staff is exceptional! The main square, restaurants, shopping, and transportation are close by. The room was really comfortable and the AC was great, especially in the heatwave. We could pick up a reusable bottle of water after a day of sightseeing in the heat. Classy and safe place to stay.
My bathroom was fine in the simple double room, but my friend had a tub with a sprayer and not a proper shower in her deluxe room . No coffee or tea in the rooms.

Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, a nice restaurant and bar, and an excellent location. I only stayed one night in a solo room while travelling through, so I did not spend much time there, but overall it was a very good stay.
The solo room was quite basic but it was very clean and perfectly fine for a short stay.

Where it’s located in Lyon. In the middle of the shopping district and well placed for restaurants and attractions.
Air conditioners leaked on the floor, toilet wasn’t attached tightly to the floor.

Staff was all super friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Breakfast food selections was very good. My agent wanted to book me somewhere else. This hotel is referred by Rick Steve’s a European travel guide writer so that is part of the reason I selected it. Plus I’m a single female, so location matters to me.

Room is spotless clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Not sure if the room was just better in person or if I was given an upgrade because it was spacious. The bathroom was lovely!! Staff very accommodating and quick to act on requests. They also allowed to checkout 1hour later since I arrived very late in the evening. Location is very central.
