Nice and beautiful wellness area.
Staff not very welcoming, cold and sterile atmosphere.. yes it was a monastery, but still there is no reason to give you the impression that everything normal becomes complicated and often without any smile or humanity..

Bed and bed linen super comfy. Room was spacious. Staff were friendly. Reception area is beautiful!
Lunch in the bar was awful. Mediocre club sandwich, very slow service. Not great you get charged to park your car. Felt a bit like a corporate hotel in the rooms.

Wonderful
The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building that was originally part of a monastery, which gives the whole property a truly unique atmosphere. The room was excellent, with a coffee machine and complimentary unlimited water. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool/SPA area and the pleasant garden. The staff were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay.
There were no significant disadvantages during our stay. If I had to mention one small detail, I would have expected a more complete bathroom amenity kit given the category and overall standard of the hotel. Breakfast was rather basic, but adequate. The bar staff were very friendly, although communication in English was occasionally a little challenging. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Has a real wow factor, amazing architechture and the building is beautiful.
Sauna was broken for our whole 3 day stay which was a shame. One jacuzzi was always so busy, we only managed to get in it once throughout our stay

Absolutely LOVED the pool for doing laps. Amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner was superb sitting outside with the beautiful lighting
Our room was much smaller than it appeared in photos. Bathroom was minuscule and had to prop open door with chair because it didn’t stay open on its own. Would have liked a bigger bathroom.

The hotel is set up on the hill at Fourvière and its surroundings are rich in history. The pool area was beautiful. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the staff quickly brought up anything you needed. The hotel felt much more luxurious than most 4 stars in Europe.
They really need more food options for room service or around the bar. There are no snacks to order other than a club sandwich or a salad.

The reception staff, the location and the pool were all excellent.
We found good restaurants in this area.
The restaurant food was poor, not much choice and not very keen to do vegan or vegetarian options. It was also overpriced.
The wardrobe hanging space and clothes storage is very poor.
