close to the park and restaurant, clean room, comfy beds and pillows, soundproof, plenty of underground parking lots, compliment fruits and filtered water
During our stay, we left a bag of donuts opened and we lost one or two donuts. But our other valuables stayed untouched.

Our room had a good space. The location was convenient, next to a big park and within 10 minutes bus ride to central Lyon. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. Although the public parking fee is somewhat expensive, it is conveniently connected directly to the accommodation.
I was quite surprised in the morning when there was no hot water for a shower. In the end, I had to take a cold shower.

Comfortable rooms, great service and breakfast. Also, location is perfect for attending events at Centre de Congrès de Lyon.
It's a pity AC cannot be controlled from the room. If the hotel has the AC off there is no way to turn it on, but the control panel stays lit up through the night disturbing the sleep.

Nice large room. comfortable. Clean. Simple check in and departure processes.
Was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel to be able to drop off luggage, and then it wasn't easy finding the way to get the car down to the parking. And the parking garage - which is very large - could do with better signs on how to get back up to the hotel.
