The breakfast was really well done and an abundance of choice. The roomservice meals were excellent and service was really good. Staff was very friendly and accomodated all my requests
The bed was very soft and not very comfortable, secondly the handicapped toilet was not very accessible for me.. it missed a second handle bar

I loved this hotel . It was very comfortable . Large airy room which looked towards the river with trees outside . The facilities were excellent . Staff very friendly and helpful . Good hotel for families lots of young children staying with play areas to accommodate . Very good breakfast buffet . Good evening meal . Nice terrace area to sit outside . Park on one side river on the other side . Good bus service to old town . Good for exercise running and walking paths outside hotel .
I liked everything . The cite international is a little strange and business like . It is a short bus journey and walk to the old town . The hotel should give an explanation of the hotels situation in cite international . No one on the bus knew where the crown Plaza hotel was when we asked including the bus driver .

Travelling by train. The bus service outside the hotel was excellent but visiting Vieux Lyon needed several changes bus/tram/metro. No difficult but time consuming.

Very clean, comfortable, staff helpful, nice location near the park but a bit out of town. Fresh icy water and fruit available for free in the lobby.

The location is conveniently located, just next to the convention center. However, it is also close to the park. In front of the hotel there is a bus which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.
I stayed for more than 1 week, and I found the breakfast a little bit repetitive. By staying both on a standard room and one with a balcony, I found the first one spacious, while the second was smaller and the balcony a little bit dusty. The gym was too small, but I guess that after the renovation it will be better

Good location for an overnight stay whilst travelling by car. Good secure underground parking with easy access/egress. Friendly, helpful reception and bar staff. Nice outdoor seating area.
