location is perfect, ..we have stayed her many times and now that it is a Radisson the food so much better…rooms have been upgraded…..spa is wonderful

Location, historic feel, integration of of spaces into modern hotel felt respectful. Also, the concierge, Sandrine, did an amazing job of ensuring that we had wonderful experiences.
The room was a bit of a tight fit, but understandable given that the hotel occupies several old buildings

Amazing experience, you are in the center of Vieux Lyon, in a well maintained charming historic hotel building, rooms are updated to meet today’s standards, overall luxurious and very comfortable. Amazing staff, and breakfast gives you an additional experience, don’t miss it.

This was among our best stays in a hotel for vacation. It's in a great location, with friendly and hard working staff, and with good rooms and excellent common areas. Really fine place to stay.
Access to the hotel by car is hard and there could have been better direction on the best way to get there.

Great breakfast, love the little touches of Lyon. Rooms are adequately sized and updated; visited Lyon during a spring heatwave and the AC was strong and quiet and refreshing compared to how most European hotels are. Wonderful staff. The concierge made amazing recommendations and set everything up seamlessly. I had an early train to catch and the kitchen made me breakfast early and the night manager was very helpful during departure.

Location was great. Most staff was very kind and professional. The site is unique and architecturally interesting.
I need to pump milk for my new baby while traveling. They were able to store in the freezer, but they had a very difficult time finding it and it came out stinking of fish. The Spa facilities were unimpressive. The shower leaked water all over the floor. I

Location was great.. We enjoyed the breakfast time a lot.. Building was renovated and the room was very fancy, interesting, I like it..
Because of it’s an old building, our room was a bit dark.. Windows are inside.. Since our room’s windows were looking inside, although the curtains were very fancy, they can’t be closed fully, lights were coming outside; which is very annoying when you have bath or change your clothes..
