For a boutique 5‑star hotel, the property felt noticeably under‑staffed. Beyond one person at reception and another at breakfast, the team seemed under‑trained, giving the experience more of a budget hotel feel than a luxury one.

Location was great.. We enjoyed the breakfast time a lot.. Building was renovated and the room was very fancy, interesting, I like it..
Because of it’s an old building, our room was a bit dark.. Windows are inside.. Since our room’s windows were looking inside, although the curtains were very fancy, they can’t be closed fully, lights were coming outside; which is very annoying when you have bath or change your clothes..

Very beautiful Traboule with 60 rooms. The people are extremely nice and welcoming. Much better than most hotels in my experience. The history is fascinating.
I our room was a bit narrow but this is basic for a traboule.
