Close to public transport, shops and supermarkets. Instantaneous hot water, ducted air-conditioning. Daily room service, friendly staff.
Moderate daytime traffic and night time bar/restaurant noise, salvaged by good window sound insulation.

Location is great. Breakfast good too. And the WiFi is really strong and reliable.
Three months ago when I was here for the first time I had a pleasant stay, the room I booked was really spacious with a French balcony. That made me to book in advance another room for the 19th of August. They put me into a room which is for disabled personnel. This is not the room I booked three months ago! This room is completely different than the others. There was no table, and the most disappointing was the shower, being a tall person I had a hard time to take a shower in a bathroom designed for disabled personnel. My only regret is that I didn’t say anything to the receptionist because I was traveling all night and I was very exhausted

Nice room in convenient location of Lyon. We benefited from air-condition as summer in Lyon could be very hot. Place had all what is needed to stay for a week. Cleaning lady was coming every day. The area could be a bit noisy in the evening due to few bars in neighborhood. However all was ok, and if you close the window all is fine - hence not in negative comments.
Hotel has washing machine for people who stay longer ...and that is great. Overall good accommodation.
A bit strange to fulfill the request to leave kitchen clean when no sponge or washing up liquid were provided. Not many tourists travel with equipment. Needless to say I manage to leave it clean :-). If you do not like heights it might be not for you as the building is tall and narrow.

AC worked well.
The elevator was broken, hauled my bag up 5 flights. These hallways had cleaning supplies. Long line to check into the airport, one staff member at the computer. The shower was iffy, the bathroom door doesn't seal properly, leading water to leak. Not a huge issue, but one of those annoying things for longer stays.

Staff were helpful, polite and communicative.
Breakfast was good, there were almost everything I'd expect from hotel breakfast including a coffee machine.
Location is good. Private parking offered but it is also possible to find free parking right outisde the door if you are lucky.

We had the 3 bedroom suite. I like that they are pet friendly. The bed linen appeared clean. The staff at the front were friendly at check in.
There was a loud squeak almost like a fan belt that occurs every 5 minutes or so. not sure if it is the air conditioner. also, not sure if it was throughout or just specific to this room. We were too tired to move and it was late, so we just had to tolerate the noise. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. Not exactly as we expected. We were glad that we brought our own bath products. See picture. Also, I would recommend no coffee at all if you can only afford to leave dry packets. Overall, it just appeared to be a struggling property.

The room was very nice, clean; comfortable bed, teapot, plates, refrigerator, everything needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is also nice, even an egg cooker for personal preference :) They say that no cleaning is done under 7 nights, but they still take out the trash and make the beds, so thanks for that too :) Easy access to tram and a supermarket and bakeries close by. For a budget hotel, definitely one to bookmark for future trips!
Breakfast could use some vegetable in it... at least a cucumber or tomato maybe.
Large mugs in the room would also be a welcome addition, for tea.

Pleasant
The location is quite good for exploring the city.
Some of the facilities are worn, but some were recently upgraded: the bathroom was partially renovated.
The beds were good, in general relatively clean
The kitchen was well used: the micro worked but did not rotate, looked very outdated and was not well maintained in terms of cleaniness, for example.

Location was good
No parking. The hotel said it had garage parking but failed to see where this could be. The hotel was deemed accessible but was told that there was not a lift from the car park anyhow. Had to park outside the hotel where the spaces were narrow making it difficult for me as I am in a wheelchair. Rooms were basic but clean.
