Staff were great! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was always pleasant. They wrote out directions, always felt like they were listening to everyone’s request. Like the apartment style living. Liked that coffee was available and water to refill your bottles.

We had a great night stay at the hotel. Very central location , close to the metro and all the sites. Good facilities, comfy room
Small things only. Elevators, were a bit slow. You could also hear noises from other apartments in the toilet . The shower and the toilet were different rooms.

Great location with very helpful staff. Plenty of eating options available around the area and close enough to the metro. Also a laundry available was great.
Some updating of the apartment we stayed in would be good especially the bathroom.

Location location location. Perfect. Streets of Restaurants and bars outside the door. Easy to walk to all the old town sites. Galleries and museums. Good shopping. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room is a good size with kitchenette. We had not AC who’s was not a problem as it was cool in the evenings. All day coffee and hot drinks from a machine available. Breakfast was available in the foyer for a charge. We opted for eating out. But also supermarkets to buy food if you wish. And use the kitchenette in the room. Also laundry available for a small fee.

There were so many restaurants and shops nearby, all walking distance. It was nice to just walk around and explore the area. Our room was like a 1 BR apartment with a living room and kitchenette - very spacious by European standards.
Nothing. We would like to visit Lyon again and stay at Citadines Presqu'ile again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect.
Non-airconditioned room, which was fine because weather was cool and with the windows open it was delightful. But I would need air conditioning in a heat wave. The hall carpeting needs to be replaced.
