Nice to be able to get free coffees in the lobby. Perfect location for exploring Lyon and eating out.

I was surprised at how good the location was – it really couldn't have been better for us. My mom needed elevator, and we wanted to have cultural experiences in different parts of the city, so it was very well located and we did most of the things walking. Staff was super friendly and check-in and out was simple. Even though it's a lively restaurant and bar area and our room was on the 1st floor facing the street, the room was completely quiet. We didn't get the room with AC and it had a fan, which was good because it was warm. We used the kitchen and it was great. It was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. And we enjoyed that they have a water machine in the hallway (cold and warm drinking water for bottles).

Since it's August, I have to lead with the AC. I stayed in a deluxe apt, and there was an AC in the living room and bedroom. Also, the location couldn't be better. Cute restaurants and bars right outside the front door.
Had to use the washer and no one else was using it - it was early, yet staff only allowed us to use one at a time.

Great very central location, spacious room, clean enough, free coffee and cold water at reception
There was no central ac, only a fan, it was annoying because the weather was extraordinarily hot during our stay but we knew that there would be no ac while booking; the fan in the room helped a lot

The location is good, it was clean, fully equipped, staff was nice and very kind but they couldn’t help me with the mattress problem.
If the mattress wouldn’t have been a problem I would have given the establishment a 10
They had double beds, I was single and during the night due to my way of sleeping the beds would move and I would fell between the mattresses

The location was good for exploring the city. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood.
The staff was not very helpful. The spaces look much larger, and less tired in the photos.

location
We were without hot water in our bathroom for 2 days, could not wash/clean ourselves at all, the manager told me I was going to be reimbursed for 2 days (half of our stay) I received today 5/27/2026 an email from the hotel saying that they were processing my reimbursement for the right amount of Euros. Thank you
