We were without hot water in our bathroom for 2 days, could not wash/clean ourselves at all, the manager told me I was going to be reimbursed for 2 days (half of our stay) I received today 5/27/2026 an email from the hotel saying that they were processing my reimbursement for the right amount of Euros. Thank you

Location was very convenient and in a fun area. I was able to wash a load of clothes for €9 which was very appreciated. Staff was helpful setting it up for me but did not explain it well. Uber not able to drop you off in front of hotel due to being pedestrian area, and walking with suitcase was rough on pavers.

Great location for us, good sound proofing and quiet, kitchenette, table, ample space and closet, coffee available in lobby. Most staff were helpful and friendly.
Weekend staff don’t know how to interact with customers. Beware the breakfast police who won’t allow ceramic mug if you don’t pay for the breakfast option.

Its position couldn’t be more perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and quiet despite being near bars and restaurants. Great spot for a Lyon sojourn!

Excellent breakfast - just had to sign up for the membership program to get it for free too. Room was very comfortable too - perfect for 4 people
A little noisy with sounds from the street, even from a high floor. But the windows were double paned and there were fans provided so it didn’t bother us much

Location was great but hard for taxis to get to. Super staff. Breakfast deserves a high rating.
Like many accommodations, they only had a duvet as the top cover on bed. Room got hot in the night and we didn’t want to turn on the a/c for the noise. So we got a bit warm too. Would have been nice to have a sheet as well as the duvet.

LOCATION! it’s very walkable to everywhere and If you decided to stay within the area there are tons of coffee shops, restaurants a few steps away from you. I really loved my stay there.

Very central and surrounded by good eating spots. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave great advice.

the location of the hotel , kitchenette, quiet , water and coffee available all day . Staff member at reception Amandine ?? ( did not spell name correctly ) was wonderfully helpful
the mattress was lumpy and had a spring pushing out , breakfast options were limited , only one elevator was operational , room storage for luggage was not locked, on arrival reception staff were not very friendly

The location. The kitchenette was well equipped.
It is very dated. Both in the apartment and the hallways are dark and dingy, creepy in fact. The reception area looks institutional, complete opposite of the beautiful Lyonnaise outside of the building. It’s very disappointing when you walk into the réception area and also the elevators are old and the doors need a coat of paint.. really?. As for the room, the temperature regulation was challenging. The hot water was too hot, in the shower and the sinks. I would say children could scald themselves easily. Beware. Plus the shower glass divider moves. Needs to be secured or replaced. In fact the entire bathroom needs to be replaced. The pictures looked like a different room… that’s not right, especially for the rates they charge.

Good location in the heart of Lyon. Easy access to all attractions. Spacious apartment with amenities.
There is no parking on site. Some parts of the hotel can be renovated to look more vibrant and sleeker.

The rooms was very clean and spacious, well equiped. Everything had been thought of for our comfort. There was even a disposable mat to put in the bathtub to avoid slipping in the bathroom. Walking distance to all Lyons main attractions. Having water, coffee, and tea in the lobby is also a nice touch for hospitality. We like the hotel so much.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel, while seemingly dated was in very good shape as were the rooms. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk around the city at night and never felt anything but comfortable.
Nothing. We asked for a quiet room and ended up next to the elevator. The good news was there was a foyer before the living room with a door so it blocked out all the noise.
