Wonderful
Very central and surrounded by good eating spots. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave great advice.
The rooms were getting a little tired but not enough to worry about.

the location of the hotel , kitchenette, quiet , water and coffee available all day . Staff member at reception Amandine ?? ( did not spell name correctly ) was wonderfully helpful
the mattress was lumpy and had a spring pushing out , breakfast options were limited , only one elevator was operational , room storage for luggage was not locked, on arrival reception staff were not very friendly

Disappointing
The location. The kitchenette was well equipped.
It is very dated. Both in the apartment and the hallways are dark and dingy, creepy in fact. The reception area looks institutional, complete opposite of the beautiful Lyonnaise outside of the building. It’s very disappointing when you walk into the réception area and also the elevators are old and the doors need a coat of paint.. really?. As for the room, the temperature regulation was challenging. The hot water was too hot, in the shower and the sinks. I would say children could scald themselves easily. Beware. Plus the shower glass divider moves. Needs to be secured or replaced. In fact the entire bathroom needs to be replaced. The pictures looked like a different room… that’s not right, especially for the rates they charge.

Good location in the heart of Lyon. Easy access to all attractions. Spacious apartment with amenities.
There is no parking on site. Some parts of the hotel can be renovated to look more vibrant and sleeker.

The rooms was very clean and spacious, well equiped. Everything had been thought of for our comfort. There was even a disposable mat to put in the bathtub to avoid slipping in the bathroom. Walking distance to all Lyons main attractions. Having water, coffee, and tea in the lobby is also a nice touch for hospitality. We like the hotel so much.

The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel, while seemingly dated was in very good shape as were the rooms. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk around the city at night and never felt anything but comfortable.
Nothing. We asked for a quiet room and ended up next to the elevator. The good news was there was a foyer before the living room with a door so it blocked out all the noise.

Location is a 10 . Right in the center of The Presquile area . Had a good small kitchen. Clean comfortable rooms. Good free coffee machine in lobby.
Receptionists were friendly but didn’t seem that knowledgeable . Maybe it was the language barrier.

Hotel Administrators considered all our requests, they went extra mile to make us feel homelike. And particular gratitude to Sneha!
Our room window was looking at Notre Dame de Fourviere and had all necessary furnishings to make meals for a family. Staff provided extra worm blankets for children and children enjoyed free chocolate in the lobby, the youngest even said it was the best part of the trip.
Good apart Hotel with great staff in the very heart of Lyon. Hope to come back some time.
Nothing, only the kettle lid needs to be replaced.

Staff were great! Everyone we encountered at the front desk was always pleasant. They wrote out directions, always felt like they were listening to everyone’s request. Like the apartment style living. Liked that coffee was available and water to refill your bottles.

We had a great night stay at the hotel.
Very central location , close to the metro and all the sites.
Good facilities, comfy room
Small things only.
Elevators, were a bit slow.
You could also hear noises from other apartments in the toilet .
The shower and the toilet were different rooms.
