Lyon was a one night stop between trains from the Swiss Alps to the Haute-Provence, and for that this studio was excellent. It was the nicest studio I could find within a reasonable distance from the train station. The staff were friendly, the room was simple and cozy and had all we needed in a kitchenette and bathroom. We especially appreciated the fridge for our traveling food. The breakfast was substantial with a pleasant breakfast room. My partner found a nearby friendly outdoor restaurant open late with pomme frittes so he was happy. The building is on a pedestrian walkway and triangle park which was nice.
The location was not ideal for us because there were not enough restaurants in easy walking distance. I had a cold and it was hard to find a nearby restaurant with soup - only a Thai restaurant had it! It was also not clear if Ubers could come to the front door, as it was located on a pedestrian walkway. One pulled up and one would not. Just an issue when it is raining, which it was. The neighborhood was underwhelming as there were no historic buildings close by, few restaurants, and it was not that close to the train station. Still, it was fine for what we needed.

Friendly staff, free coffee & tea, small kitchenette in the room was very convenient
the facility overall is outdated. the room didn't have AC so we struggled our first day but the front desk staff helped getting us a portable AC which helped tremendously.

Parking onsite, good neighborhood with some nice restaurants, Boucuse market across the street, free hot beverages.

Good location, close to the city center, commercial center, tram station and train station.
Free luggage room, free coffee and drinks.
People of the reception are nice and they speak English.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary.
Could have been cleaner. We found some trash from previous guests.
The bath tub is a little bit slippery.

we didn't end up staying. Checked in went up to the room and checked out. Shabby room, with the smell. Asked for some kind of reimbursement, but didn't hear back.

Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby at any time. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room with capsules and teabags provided.
Quiet building and location.
Staff very friendly and efficient.
The sofa bed matresses were comfortable but the sofa bed was constructed as two narrow single beds rather than one double bed, so the mattresses were narrow.
Toilet on main floor of apartment did not have a sink for washing hands. Had to use either the kitchinette sink, or go up the stairs to the bathroom in the loft, which had sink and bathtub but no toilet.

Wonderful
The room is spatious equiped with a kitchen. The water kettle was impressively clean and bed is comfy. The location is perfect, close to a bus stop and a tram station. A good ramen restaurant is nearby.
