The checkin was fantastic as we arrived early and our room was ready for us. Great lobby area to sit in with free water and a coffee machine. Very good location close to the train station. It’s a nice place to stay.
We only booked a studio as only there two nights but found it a little small. That was our fault though. Everything else was great.

The hotel met all our expectations. Breakfast was great, the room was clean and spacious. The location is convenient, very close to the main train station and shopping mall, and about a 20-25 minute walk to the Old Town. Coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby all day was a nice touch.

Challenging to coordinate parking in the garage, had to call several times to get the door opened. Disruptive construction in the lobby, staff weren't available to assist us.

This was our second stay in a month, and this hotel continued to serve our needs. It was within walking distance of the Alliance Française school, where one of our family members was taking classes. We wanted to be able to prepare some meals ourselves, and the kitchenette provided everything we needed to do that. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa beds, and the AC was perfect. The location was good, we could walk to the old city center or take a bus, and the trams, metro, and main station were all close by. But honestly, the staff were what made this apparthotel so special. They were all incredibly kind and helpful, we've never met a nicer team anywhere. I wish I'd gotten the name of the woman who checked us out on Friday, she was exceptional!
A few areas of the hotel could use some updating, like the elevator flooring, and the front doors could use better insulation. These are minor things though, and we'd stay here again.

Parking was convenient, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous throughout our stay. We appreciated the little touches: free coffee in the lobby, and trash bags, sponge, soap, and dish tabs all provided in the apartment. The space itself was quiet, and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The AC worked well, which made a real difference during our stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the old city center, the river, Les Halles, Westfield, and the train station. Monoprix is close by, as is Alliance Française if you're taking classes, and public transport (metro/bus/tram) is all nearby too. Evenings were quiet, so we consistently got a good night's rest. We'd happily stay here again.
We found a couple of items in the room that weren't ours (a scrunchie and sunglasses), which suggested the room wasn't fully checked between guests. The bigger issue for us was storage. As a family of three staying five nights, we really struggled to unpack. There are built in closets, but not enough shelves to actually put clothes away properly, so we ended up living out of our suitcases for most of the stay. Adding a hanging closet organizer would be a big help.

Oh, we loved this location! The world-class Les Halles was mere steps away, Old Lyon was easy to walk to and the tram and metro made transport to other areas and the airport easy and affordable. The kitchenette was well-equipped and when we discovered a couple of pans wouldn't work with the induction stove, the desk staff quickly brought us a new pan that worked beautifully. The staff were always responsive and helpful, AC fantastic, laundry was convenient--we enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again if we return to beautiful Lyon!

Bathroom door opens to the bedroom with zero soundproofing, good for a single person, not so great for a couple.

Location is perfect. Maybe 15 minutes by foot from Lyon Part-Dieu train station, and 2-3 from the T1 Tram stop and the Metro. Short tram ride to Lyon Perrache, the stop you need for going up or down the Rhone. Lots of velo'v stations around. Near lots of good food, including at Les Halles and atop the Westfield mall, 'les tables' as well as a giant Carrefour.
The air conditioner works well, although is a bit loud even on the lowest setting.
The kitchenette is well-stocked, with more than one knife, cutting board, dishes, etc as well as soap, a sponge and drying towel. We used it mainly for breakfasts.
The beds are comfortable and new and the duvets were summer weight
Tiny negatives: Ok it's under construction. Honestly, not that disruptive.
The large plates and the knives don't fit into the dishwasher (which is a kind of cool/weird half-height thing).
If you don't watch out, it's easy to get a lot of water on the floor when showering. I realized after the first time and adjusted.

We arrived as a group of eight young people with darker skin tones. The woman who received us seemed uncomfortable and was not friendly toward us at all, to put it mildly. I paid a lot of money for this hotel, and I expect to be welcomed warmly and treated with respect.
