Friendly staff, very welcomming and supportive. Good value for the money, considering proximity to center.
Old renovated building with a heavy smell soaked into the walls and even toilett paper. Tiny bathroom, but clean.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to the old town and the city's main points. Extremely easy access to the metro and tram.
It is important to consistently and systematically request room cleaning. We agreed to have them come every 2nd day to clean the room, and when the room was not cleaned, they told us to remind them before 12 noon. I should note that colleagues who were staying at the same hotel had their rooms cleaned daily without any reminder. In the end, we stayed there for 4 nights, and they never cleaned our room.

Lighting in the room wasn’t good. I backed onto the courtyard, so there wasn’t a lot of natural light.

The Hotel is absolutely perfect for access to all public transport and walking to the Old Town. The staff were great and very welcoming. Perfect room, clean, exactly what we needed. Great value for money.
We had an adjoining room which was fine for the first night but we had to listen to the extra curricular activities of our neighbours after that. Perhaps ask for a room that doesn’t have an adjoining door, unless you want to enjoy the show!
