The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for us - near Lyon Perrache station.
The room was small. The toilet "throne" was too low and seemed likely to fall down at any time! The TV didn't have any English channels, not even BBC World Service!

clean and secure with big car park very near as are train, tram and bus. Reception were efficient and friendly as were breakfast staff.
Surrounding area not the best and and finding how to get into the car park was a challenge

Breakfast acceptable. Location superb with easy access to arrange we wanted to visit and with some superb restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Room far too small. Toilet area totally far too small and tight to clean yourself properly so had to resort to shower to do this.

Location was great, even if it’s on a bunch of tram lanes so it’s loud.
There are no decent quiet rooms. If you want a quiet room you need to put up with lack of natural light. The hotel staff wanted to seem helpful but actually didn’t do much to try to find me a quieter room.

Location, value for money, staff were good. Located close the Perrache station, it is easy to access from Part-Dieu. Old part of the town is at walking distance.
The room was ok but, the bathroom was a bit narrow though fine for 2 or 3 nights.

The location is good and the breakfast was outstanding with all the choices and freshness.
My husband and I encountered a serious problem in our hotel room. Upon initial communication with the front desk staff there was a lot of pushback. But we had photographs! We then however talked to a manager who spoke English and he understood the seriousness of what we discovered and we were able to switch rooms. All in all.B an okay experience the hotel was clean but the initial front staff was very brisk and rude when I explained what the problem was. And the problem as you may guess was nonnegotiable we needed to switch rooms immediately.

Convenient to trains and metro but we walked into old town easily too. Very kind staff, clean and most comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Room was very tiny which was ok for us but a little more space for two backpacks to open up /storage would be nice.

It is a very spacious accommodation and that makes it very comfortable as well as ideal for a relaxing and expanding yourself in the room after having walked the city and swam in the sea which is really nearby. The most important aspect is that the beach is at a short distance of about 600 meters and it's easy to get there. But, the center is close as well. Thus, it is a top location for at least these reasons. There are also parking places to use freely. As for the interior it was clean, the mattress was nice to sleep on, and the rooms could get illuminated good during the night hours.

We arrived very late on the train and the staff were efficient and kind, even giving us a drink of lemon water as we were exhausted from travel and trying to find the hotel. The room was very nice.
The surrounds of Lyon Perrache station have a lot of construction work underway making it very very difficult to find even though the hotel is only about 200 metres away. The key is to find a pedestrian walkway that is "hidden" next to a car park entrance about 100 metres from the station. It was night and few people spoke English. We had originally booked the hotel because it was advertised as being close to the station.

Location - easy walk to restaurants and attractions
No Fridge, no safe, paper cups for tea and coffee which were not replaced when room cleaned. Booked 4 identical rooms and some were larger than others

Don’t offer many essential inclusions such as fridge in room, tissues, chilled drinking water, tea/coffee in room and TV had very limited non English channels
