Room was a good size and the view was excellent. Good location and nice staff.
Carpet due for replacement as it is worn and dirty looking.
Listing indicates air conditioning but this was not functional.

The location was just close to bern banf station and its close to the main center

It is very close to the train station Perrache. The room was clean, but not very big. Bathroom was well maintained
The room was rather worn, furniture should be replaced.

The location is good. The male receptionist who welcomed me on the first day was really nice.
The breakfast staff was not nice. She told me, 'No sandwiches' but I wasn't making it. She didn't tell any other people who had the same amount of food. The next day, she asked the receptionist to tell me off that I had taken too much bread. I was very upset.

Staff was great, Marilou was extremely helpful getting us an extra room upon arrival and she did a great job recommending places to visit and eat at around town.
Rooms feel humid so I had to leave the windows open all the time and there were at times a very faint humid smell in the bathroom.

Decent room, good wifi
The trams start a little early, so there is noise. The breakfast is functional - a fair selection, though the scrambled egg was a bit cold! it is a bit out of the centre, though well connected on the tram

The parking lots in the area are open, and anyone can damage your car. Find a good spot.

The location. It's near train and subway.
I had a charge on my credit card before my arrival and even sending message to the hotel, I didn't have any return. The hotel didn't answer me. I had to talk with my credit card issuer. A complete lack of commitment with the costumer.

Bedrooms & bathrooms need updating. Breakfast is inadequate for the price you are charging. Crockery & cutlery dirty and damaged again needing updates.

Great location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and excellent staff who were very helpful. Lyon is a lovely city as well.
