Location was good although you had to be careful with the neighborhood caffe and their” international “guests.
Rooms were large and clean. Many parking options available but not for free. Beware with large cars in Lyon
Staff was not friendly or welcoming: very young and low motivation

TBH nothing!
When checking in, the staff did not inform me that the room would not be cleaned daily until I asked. As a result, I found myself with a dirty room for a day. They are cutting corners on every expense—you can't even have coffee in your room. The location is impractical, and the staff are unhelpful and impolite!

The view of the room was good and had new linen. and the hotel was within close proximity to the metro which made it easy for me to move around.
for all the time i was there the room was not cleaned nor was the linen or towels changed. i had to keep running to the reception to request for tea cups and tea bags. Tea bags, sugar and cups should be refilled everyday. Then a lot of money is paid without breakfast.

Great location. There are some amazing affordable restaurants in the area. Close to all amenities. A 15 min walk to the old town. Everything we needed.

Location was excellent - perfect for accessing the offices we were meeting in for work, and for exploring the city centre.
the room was OK - clean and a good temperature
the bathroom would benefit from refitting, but it was fine for the purpose of the stay.
For what was on offer, I feel that the breakfast was over-priced. The food was good, but limited options - especially as I don't eat dairy.
