The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was very nice.
The area felt a little edgy around the hotel.

Very high tub-difficult to get in and out of shower, toilet was also low-would be difficult for a person with mobility issues; stairs to get to your floor once you get off the elevator

Location central for exploring the city. I did take a taxi from train station because or late arrival, but it is only about 20 minute easy walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The mini bar on the ground floor was a nice touch with good prices and lots of options for a quick drink or coffee.
I would like a mini refrigerator in the room to keep water etc cool during summer high temperatures.

Very Convenient area in Lyon. A walk away from rivers, restaurant and general hub of Lyon. Would strongly recommend for the price we paid it was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly plenty of nice cafes around used by locals

I didn't like
Being put on the 8th floor - in a heatwave.
I had specifically requested in a message that I had a ground floor or first floor room as I.am elderly and have arthritis issues.
They deliberately dumped me on the top floor.
The bed was not that comfy and the room was an oven when no air con on. I loathe air con - it is bad for your health in a very hot place to expect the body to adjust when you go from a very cold room to extremely high temperatures outside (38-39°C while I was there)
I cannot sleep with it on because of the noise and the cold wakes me.
I didn't like the attitude of the many different people on the desk and the room was not ready anyway after check in time
