Located close to station. Good transport links to city centre. Clean and tidy. Pleasant staff.
Being informed 5 minutes after sitting down for breakfast that the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes.

This hotel is perfectly situated if you’re travelling by train as it is just a five minute walk from the station. Our room was perfect for our one night stop over, it was small but it was clean and very quiet and had everything we needed.The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The reception staff very helpful and friendly.

I normally book this place because of the location, easy check in, and comfortable beds. Also the fact that I can work from the room in the morning.
There were construction works ongoing and I did not receive any notification about this. I needed to work quietly in the morning and it was imposible due to the constant banging and sound. When I checked out, I pointed out to the receptionist that it would have been nice to have some heads up to organize my trip and time otherwise and she just brushed it off saying they sent an e-mail to everybody. I said I did not receive one, she asked if I booked directly, I indicated I did it through Booking and she just said that they should have sent a message. And the conversation just stopped there. No apologies for the inconvenience, no we will check this issue, nothing. It is a pity because I am a regular client there, and felt zero interest and consideration.

The hotel's location is great, with a major train station nearby, as well as a tram line. We had no problem getting around the city.
The room was clean, had all the amenities we expected, and the beds were comfortable.
We also opted for the breakfast provided by the hotel. I'd say it's worth the asking price; the food was tasty, and there were a decent number of options to choose from.
The entrance to the hotel wasn't super obvious from the street, but it wasn't a big issue.
