Excellent room, excellent cleanliness and soundproofing.
AC worked fine, although a bit noisy at high speed fans.
Very close to the Part-Dieu train station and Westfield mall.

Extremely comfortable and incredibly clean (how in earth can the glass of the bathtub still look brand new?!), this hotel is just in front of the railway station, perfect for an early journey.

This hotel has some excellent staff who were very helpful at all times. The breakfast has a wide range of items that were all fresh and were kept topped up right to the end of service. The room was very clean and tidy. We couldn't believe how quiet a city hotel could be inside and outside.
I am not sure if the towels were changed each day but on our return to the room they looked new. If so that could be changed to give the occupants an option to keep the same towels for the duration of the stay. It is not good for the environment to clean towels every day.

Great location!
The ambient lighting in the room was horrible. No overhead light, the bedside lights were feeble. There wasn’t enough light to even read in bed!

Really appreciate that my special request for a quiet room on high floor was promptly accepted and confirmed upon booking. Also slept very well with the very comfy Epeda mattress. Microwave at reception is very useful. Excellent location and efficient check-in and out.
The shower is only partially covered, so splashing water easily wet the toilet floor. This can be easily improved by hanging a shower curtain on the pre-existing overhead rail. Also, instead of proper cups, they only provided thin paper cups which easily burn your hands with hot drinks.
