Really nice hotel, location, staff! Small intimate hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Grocery store 250m from hotel, centre of La presquil 12 minute of walk . A good Korean restaurant really near by, and also several bars and coffees
Small hotel with basic facilities. No gym (we knew it of course but still would have been nice), breakfast is served in the lobby, no small treats like a robe or slippers you may sometimes get in 4 stars hotels. Location is really good if you’re ok with some little walking. The tram is a 1 minute walk but gets to little parts of the area. Metro is few minutes walk away but we didn’t try it, as my partner for the trip had disability and we traveled mostly with Uber (around 12€ for a ride to most locations)

Wonderful location , easy walk to old town and all of the sights and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Hotel clean and bed comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and friendly , Thomas was a standout helping us with all of our requests.
Easy tram ride from the train station
Breakfast was okay, not many tea options if you are a tea drinker.

The reception desk staff were exceptionally professional, yet very friendly and were really helpful. The hotel lobby is small, however it is cosy and was nicely decorated for Christmas.
The location.....it is a convenient walk to the city centre and to public transport options: the 'Liberte' Tram stop is literally around the corner. This tram provides access to the metro system and also goes to Westfield Shopping Centre and Part Dieu train station.
As referenced by others, there was no milk provided in the room. However I just asked at reception for some and I was given a jug of fresh milk...i would rather this any day over the usual long life sachets that hotels provide. I think it is very unfair of other reviewers to complain about the lack of milk when all one had to do was ask. I also requested some English Breakfast tea. The young gentleman on reception went to great efforts to sort this for me. There is Darjeeling tea provided, however I like milk in my tea and, from my own experiences, Darjeeling tea is not so readily suited to milk.
The Housekeeping staff were also exceptioanlly friendly and helpful.
Providing a candle for the Festive of Lights was a nice touch ( as were the chocolates).
I didn't have breakfast, nor avail of the parking so I cannot comment on either.
The soundproofing is an issue, however I was still able to sleep without any effort.
I suggest that the hotel sources ' English Breakfast' Tea for their Irish and UK patrons!

The location was excellent for our needs in central Lyon and near enough to the station for us to walk there. The room had everything we needed, a nice firm bed and top* from one of us that the water actually stayed in the basin when it was filled rather than dribbling out (a usual French hotel feature!) The lift up to our floor was always available. Didn't have much to do with the staff, but those we spoke to were very friendly and allowed us to practice our rather poor French.

Perfect location.
The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. Despite the carpet, the air in the room felt fresh.. a big plus for anyone sensitive to asthma.
Overall we had a pleasant three-night stay.

Nice hotel in great location. Just near the river and an easy stroll across the bridge to the main town centre and the shops, restaurants etc. There are also some good eateries just a block away so you don’t have to go far if you want a good meal. Close to public transport also. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had the breakfast and it was quite good, lots of variety and quite tasty. The crepes in particular were nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation staying here again if we come back to Lyon.
