Thanks to check-in team and hotel staff in general, very friendly. Breakfast was not that variable (typical european), but made of high quality tasty products. Balcony view is nice
Carpets might be not suitable for allergic people, but cleaning was good

Good location. Quieter and less crowded than the old town. Short distance to centre and nice to walk into but great to come back to the calmer side!

Close to the airport. The room was modern, clean and quiet. The view off the balcony isn’t the best but that’s not why we stayed there so that wasn’t a problem to us.
The check-in took so long - maybe 20 minutes of the staff member fiddling in the computer and copying our passports etc just for a one night stay.

The location in the centre of town was great. The young male receptionist was wonderful. The views from our spacious and comfortable room were lovely.
The lift was out of order and our room was on the seventh floor. The receptionist carried our luggage up (and down when we were leaving). But given that our ages are 84 and 74 all those stairs were challenging.

Excellent and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is very spacious, including a very spacious shower. The bunk bed feature for booking with 2 kids is smart as it brings a joy to the kids while making the room more spacious. The room is so big, they include a small coffee table with some chairs and it doesn't feel crowded.
The hotel said parking was full and the breakfast offer is quite pricey. The hotel doesn't provide any extra facilities like a fitness room. The location is interesting. One one hand, it feels very safe on the street the hotel is located. It is also within a 2 min walk from the river and some very nice areas of the city. However, a 3min walk towards Cr Gambetta and you are in a very rough area (Cr Gambetta). Within that 3 min walk to grab some food, I noticed a drug transaction, public confrontation between locals, and a police car 'checking' on some locals roaming the street. I would avoid this area, especially during the night. During the early hours I could hear shouting coming from the streets from the hotel room. A shame such a nice hotel can be situated in a location with such a contrast.

Very comfortable room, attentive and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the area. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel
The only downside was the air conditioning system, which could be improved. Our stay was during a heat wave in Europe.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They gave us a free room upgrade. The room was large and quiet, bed was comfortable. Location is perfect, walking distance to old town, train station and surrounded by fantastic food. Would not hesitate to come back.
Could not get the tv to work. We had two remotes, the buttons didnt all work. As well, some outlets in the room did not work. Did not cause any major issues so didnt mention it to staff, so cant really say its a negative as they didnt get a chance to address.
