Staff was super friendly. Room sizes were great and the bed was comfy. Also nice to be able to control AC when in your room. Also walking distance from train station and perfectly situated between the two rivers

the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was really good, even though it's really expensive. The hall has a really chill and soft design
The room was small and noisy, you can hear every type of noise during the night and the ac split is really noisy. The room itself was kinda confined and the view was awful (basically the window faced another sloping roof)

The location was okay. I walked a lot. There are building works opposite and will be for sometime which means loud thumping each weekday. My room was fine and comfortable albeit small. The staff were okay if you could find them and depending who you got. They can do a lot better.
The breakfast is both expensive at 19 Euro and pathetic. There was no way I was going to touch the pittance of scrambled eggs and hot food. The fresh fruit was already well past it’s use by date, the pain du chocolate were over cooked and stale, there was a couple of pieces of meat and cheese if you could locate the bread stick. The tables were not set with mats, cutlery or serviettes which I had to request and only partially received. A missed opportunity as all guests walk past the breakfast area and see what is on offer and this could set them up for their day.
Water and tea were not replenished in the rooms.

Comfortable room with l0velylinen. Well placed hotel. Quiet.
Perhaps a litle more diversity in the breakfast offering. Not really worth the price.
