Tastefully decorated. I liked the art boutique vibe. Good service.
Some extremely loud thoughtless guests coming in late and spending lots of time on the landing talking loudly.

Central location on the presqu’ile, helpful reception staff on arrival, car parking round the corner in the Perrache complex, not too far away.
Slightly noisy air conditioning, our room was half a floor down from the lift stop so you end up carrying your luggage down a flight of stairs.

The staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was friendly. The room was very comfortable and the little touches, coffee on tap and cold water, along with good air conditioning made our stay memorable. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

The reception staff were lovely. The room was very comfortable (with effective aircon) and the overall ambience was stylish and interesting. The book of recommendations was thoughtful and spot on.
The walk from the station was a bit grimy but that is not the fault of the hotel.
