The hotel turned out to be much nicer than I expected for this price and location. The staff were very polite, and everything was extremely clean. The public transport connection is excellent, with a convenient stop right in front of the hotel. It’s also close enough to the city center to walk. The continental breakfast was standard but made with fresh products, which made it very good. The coffee wasn’t great, but that’s quite common with buffet breakfasts. I recommend this hotel for a short stay — I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival, I asked the staff member for a quiet room, and she did her best to accommodate me. However, my window still faced the main road, and it was extremely loud, I couldn’t sleep even with earplugs. It only became quieter after 2 am, but not for long.
Everything in the hotel feels quite worn out, though the price was reasonable for the quality you get. Breakfast was included, and it was okay.

The staff was so wonderful! Informative, helpful, efficient, and very friendly and engaging! Set up a great wine trip for us with Sebastian, assisted with train schedules, and took care of every need. Valerie particularly as well as lovely lady who checked us into hotel. Breakfast nice.

The check-in process was smooth.
For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of essential facilities. There was no iron in the room, and no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or socks were provided. The room did not have a smart TV, fridge, or even a landline phone to contact reception. Additionally, the hairdryer kept stopping every minute, making it difficult to use.

Four star hotel in most ways. Very comfortable there. Great staff.
Four stars with some correctable flaws.
Do not put guests in room only feet from conference room doors with people talking and eating and food smells.
Enclose walkway between new bldg and old bldg which has the breakfast room. Cold am walk without coats. Hate to see this in winter.
Grab bar in shower needed .
Only one TV channel in English.
Room telephone not working
Yogurt and cut fruit would be good at breakfast.

Wonderful
Very pleasant short stay. Good hotel with care about guests. Nice room, comfortable beds, good WiFi. The staf is welcoming and the hotel provides plesant and nice facilities. Pleasant spaces in the courtyard. Very good breakfast.

The staff was super nice and very very helpful. The beds were okay and the toilet was also alright. The big plus was the balcony.
Sadly we didn't know that the rooms were in a separate building that had to be accessed by leaving the reception area and then taking another single elevator which was serving like 6 floors and so at times it was a long wait if there were people before you.
The room size isn't accurately described in the description as it also includes balcony space which is kinda your room space, but you're not gonna use it for keeping your suitcase or for your living purposes, so the actual living space which is usable is at least 5-6 square meters less than what is mentioned.

Clean and comfortable rooms with a comprehensive buffet breakfast. Extremely convenient location for accessing the train system.

Excellent staff- very helpful and welcoming. Gave us two wonderful restaurant recommendations. Location was very good, right on a tram line.
Breakfast buffet was mediocre compared to standards we’ve had. The room and hallways could use a refresh to deserve a four star rating

Comfortable lobby and meeting rooms. The room was generously sized, the breakfast room was clean and cheerful.
The room had an off layout with the WC separate from the bathroom and in the entryway. There was no sink in the WC which was ack ward.

It was one of the biggest rooms I booked in a hotel. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Partnership with safe parking. Good location.
There is only one small lift. During the checkout, it took a lot to go to the reception. Low water pressure in the shower. One of the bed sides only has USB connectors to charge the devices, but there is no basic energy connection.

Wonderful
We had a great stay! The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace. The location is convenient—just a 5-minute walk from Lyon Perrache station and about 30 minutes on foot to the old town
