Location is walking distance to all public transport; old town, walking - 20 mins
Housekeeping was excellent
The staff are professional and kind at the front desk and bar.
Breakfast is good/busy and loved the hot mulled wine and spice cake offered in the lobby.
A coffee machine near the bar where the water is offered now would help. Early morning if you do not want to go outside yet nor have breakfast there is no option for just a coffee. This is a minor suggestion

Location was good but could smell cigarette smoke at night from other room. Room beside lift meant was a bit noisy.

Staf was very helpful, decent size room, decent breakfast.
Having to walk to another building for breakfast/anything, toilet separate from the shower, lack of TV channels, no gym, no slippers or vanity sets in the room.

The hotel turned out to be much nicer than I expected for this price and location. The staff were very polite, and everything was extremely clean. The public transport connection is excellent, with a convenient stop right in front of the hotel. It’s also close enough to the city center to walk. The continental breakfast was standard but made with fresh products, which made it very good. The coffee wasn’t great, but that’s quite common with buffet breakfasts. I recommend this hotel for a short stay — I would definitely stay here again.

Actually the rooms are not so premium as they look in the photos. The breakfast had a great variety of products but the quality of them wasn’t the best

Good location, close to a bus stop and metro station. The bed was comfy, room service every day. The breakfast was surprisingly good, a wide choice. The staff was helpful. Big windows and a balcony. Good wifi.
The room we got would need refurbishing. In a 4-star-hotel I'd like to have a mini fridge and a coffee maker (although I admit it was clear from the room description they wouldn't be there). The built-in hairdryer didn't work properly, so we had do ask for another one. The kettle didn't work properly either. It would be nice to have more toiletries.
