The location is perfect, with a tramway stop right in front of the hotel. Perrache train station was also right at the door. From the hotel, it's a nice short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants. When we were there, the Xmas market was up and running and it was also a short walk from the hotel. The room was well heated considering the cold weather we had when we were there. Slept comfortably.
Our stay didn't start well. We travel a lot and have stayed in many many hotels. And this hotel, the 1st and only one we know, asked for a 50€ deposit. I asked what for and they said people steal their pillows!!! Huh??? Best way to welcome guests, showing them you are being suspected as a pillow thief! The lift was so small two persons have to stand sandwiched close together w/o luggage, please. Felt like a coffin in there. No hand/face towel provided for a 3-night stay. Extra or a fresh towel will be charged. As I have always said, the French don't do hospitality well.

The property was in very convenient location for great value. With a lovely view from the window.
Transport links right at the hotels doorstep.
We traveled light so space wasn’t much of an issue though I do believe with large or multiple suitcases space might be an issue but can also be negotiated.
There’s shelf storage + hangers and free space behind the doors and under the bed to work around the small space around the bedroom which I view as a positive.
The walls are quite thin so movement from neighbours can be heard. Though this wasn’t an issue so much on our stay, it’s something to be aware of.
The bathroom when left open did give of a foul eggy sewage like smell when left open did which wasn’t ideal. The mirror shelf needs to be balanced. You’d hate to have any valuable toiletries in glass containers falling off and smashing. I hope that’s something that will be addressed.

Great location right next to a tram stop
The staff was cleaning the elevator at 10:30 so right when people are leaving their room and cleaning staff is cleaning the rooms, made the elevator not usable, great when you have a heavy suitcase and need to take the stairs.
The cleaning of the elevator can wait at least after 11......

Wonderful
This is a small, modern and really well appointed hotel. Everything is neat and tidy and while my room was small it was perfect. The seating area downstairs is very nice and there is even a small bar to get a drink.
The staff were really helpful and check-in and check-out really quick.
The location is great just behind Perache station and clost to metro and tram
Great place to stay and will be my first choice when in Lyon

The staff were very helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable. The location was good, quiet, right by a tram stop and 2 minutes walk to a station and metro. The hotel was very clean throughout.
The room was tiny and the shower almost too small to turn round in. The heating was set at 19º which was low, as it was cold outside. The TV was only French channels.
