I booked this room for my 20-year-old duagther during the June 2026 heat wave. The A/C worked very well in her room. The hotel is near the Centre Commercial Confluences, which is a decent mall. She had breakfast included and she thought it was very good. She had a lovely view from the 4th floor. She enjoyed the teas and kettle in the room.
The only thing she didn't like is that a late check-out was not possible - she wanted to stay longer!

Lovely staff; patient and friendly. Tolerated my haltingly bad French and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was superb. Beds comfortable. Shower great. Close to train station. . Close to old town, museums, restaurants , grocery stores and parks. I would not hesitate to recommend

The bathroom was tiny and the corner shower door did not close all the way, soaking the bathroom. No service technician available on a weekday.

The room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very basic, not big choice but good.
The room was so small that It was impossible to unpack the bag. What was in the room everything was very small. We were 3 days and it was imposinle to sit togather. One was sitting one was lying dows. The elevator was so small that we cant enter together. Breakfast is without vegetable. The bathroom was very, very small

The property was neat and clean.
The male lobby staff. He didn’t know what he was doing with parking and dismissed us. Later we were trapped in the parking lot and couldn’t get out because he took our orignal ticket. Thankfully the parking garage let us out, but seriously.
