good location, not too far from the city center. Quite area. Parking available at extra cost. Ok for few nights. Public transportation nearby.
Breakfast can be improved. Rooms are very small.

Location close to tram stations and to Universite Lyon 2. Breakfast was good. There are some places one can eat nearby.
The older lady serving breakfast in some mornings was somehow rude with guests not speaking French.

The location was great for getting on our viking cruise. We had 2 single beds and they were very comfortable. There was an openable window that allowed us to get fresh air. Check-in staff were pleasant and helpful.
The toilet seat needed securing to its base.

The location of the hotel is good, I can also say that the breakfast is good. The staff is, one might even say, friendly, but it is a little annoying that they do not understand English very well.
The room was cleaned at the last minute and the bathroom floor was very wet, although the room was provided later than the check-in time. There are no amenities in the room, none at all. There was no way to make coffee, not even water. There was a paid coffee machine next to the reception desk, but even that didn't work.

The front desk gentlemen were exceptional. They were both very helpful with recommendations for meals. The guy in the morning even helped us book the hop on hop off tour. Very pleasant.
No tissues or coffee in the room.

Good budget option for a short stay.
Some of the facilities were maintained poorly - the faucet was not draining very well, and there were mold stains in the shower. We only stayed for a day though, so it wasn't a huge deal.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff always helful and friendly and the location is great:Close to T1 tram and not so far from Metro B line. The river Rhône is just a few minutes away (walking distance).
The tableware for the breakfast wasn't always clean. Definitely some improvement needed.

Location was really convenient to ship's dock.
Asking for a taxi yo get us and luggage to shop and after getting dropped off at the top of the stairs, we were told we needed a taxi with the right permissions to get the bullards down.

Friendly and very helpful staff who made our stay very enjoyable from the moment we got there. There is a microwave downstairs that they let us use which was lovely. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and we had a great nights sleep.

Location and very friendly staff.
The eggs were terrible, to my way of thinking. The bacon was very greasy, and didn't agree with the bite I took. Sitting in a warming pot of grease. Bleh The terribly, time beside table on one side. The other side is twice as big. Why would anybone think that's a good idea? It's not!
