Such a quiet part of the city, the tranquility besides the beauty of Lyon is the perfect blend which made our stay quite enjoyable. A special mention to the staff, the gentleman during the evening shift and young Lady from the morning shift was amazing...i would like to mention specially about that young Lady who were there in the morning of 17th July, her work ethic is next level, with a cute smile she carried on arranging the breakfast, cleared the dishes, completed the refills and stacked the new dishes as and when they ran out...all this while she was needed at the reception on and off and attended her guests with a smile there as well...i wish her all the very best and i do pray that she get to climb a lot of heights in her professional life with such work ethics..
The entrance to the parking is bit too tight, probably it designed more to suit sedans & cross over vehicles than SUVs.

Location was convienient.
Cleaning: The most important is that the room was not clean, there was dust in every corner, stains on the wall and the floor was sticky, which made me uncomfortable to touch anywhere since it was clear that the place was not cleaned properly and it was disgusting. Already there was a very bad smell in the corridor.
AC: The AC was not strong. I stayed there in a very hot summer day (40deg) and it barery cooled the room properly even at maximum. The AC was not on when i arrived to the room which was really bad, since the room was already very warm and not prepared for such a hot day.
Bed: Not comfortable
Staff: At check in and check out the staff was very indifferent of my arrival and departure. At check in I received no info on where I should go, where the breakfast is or what times or how to connect to the wifi, which then I wasted my time trying to connect to. At check out nobody was at the reception. I had to catch my train to go to work and I missed it because I waited for 15 min without anyone appearing and there was no way of calling them. In the end I had to go to the kitchen and ask them to call someone because I was already late. Someone came from the kitchen (!) to just tell me your check out is now ok.
Wifi: the wifi was bad, it took a while to find it, and it was at first impossible to connect. After many tries I managed to connect, but every time I was going out and coming back I had to do this all over again. Again waste of time.
Breakfast: Terrible breakfast, very poor selection. I managed to eat just bread with cheese. The eggs were disgusting. The coffee was disgusting, it is watered down.
