Good central location, nice staff.
Specially mentioned in their facilities page that no prior reservation needed for parking. There the receptionist told us it was mandatory so had to use a car park 5 mins walk from hotel, was double the cost of hotel car park.
Ac wasn't working, so had to switch rooms. Although it says all tv have chromecast, it doesn't work.

The property was clean and comfortable.
It was not clear whilst booking on line that parking was going to cost another 30% of the booking fee. I would have found another hotel if I had known.

Location is good. Not far from most attractions and public transport very accessible just outside on the main street

It's very close to two of the tram lines which further connect to metros, etc. Great location, clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, nice selection of snacks and coffee in the lobby.
The rooms are a bit tiny, especially if it's two of you with big suitcases. You can only work with one of them open at a time.

Cleanliness and staff were cordial
The breakfasts little poor as there was no boiled eggs ,no toaster, no tomatoes.the staff are very helpful
