Check-in was a bit confusing but the on-call assistance was very helpful and nice. The facilities were clean and had a sort of charm. The location is great as it's next to a small grocer/convenience store and the metro.

Clean, quiet location, close to public transports. Breakfast is good.
After 10 p.m. you have to check in through a machine, which gives you a code to use the lift and open the door of your room. Small room, not good insulation from cold through the windows.
This is something in between a hotel and a hostel. If you expect a hotel you might be deceived. As a hostel it is great.

Super close to the metro station; good connection to the city center; quiet area; they let me store the bag for a few hours free of charge (but I guess this is common practice).
This is my second stay at B&B, and only because the one in Paris was surprisingly good: new building with sound-proof windows, modern design, staff, breakfast -- everything was 10/10. This one, however, is the complete opposite. First, the lack of a hair dryer was an unpleasant surprise (which I unfortunately discovered after the shower). Went to the reception, they said they could give me one with a 20 euro deposit. Do you accept cards? No. But I don't have cash. Well, nothing we can do... I received better customer service in 10-bed hostels.
Another thing is breakfast -- it was so scarce that if, god forbid, you arrive at 9:30 (the service stops at 10 am), you might not see bread, or the pastry is already unfresh. The options are poor as well, and again, not the hotel level.
I understand that hotels like this should exist, and I sometimes also choose cheaper options, however I do this with my eyes open. This one felt disappointing, unwelcoming, and way more expensive than it should be.
