We are family, stayed for 4 days and 3 nigths. The room is clean and big enough. We rented two rooms and our kids room is big and clean. Near to the center and not far from Westfield Part Dieu shopping mall. Breakfast is delicious.

Proximity to the train station and easy checkin checkouts.
Could be nice to have a water fountain at the reception. Or in the breakfast area. At night it was difficult to find a bottle of water in the hotel or to fill one.

The rooms are spacious but there isn’t enough space to put our suitcases on, or hang clothes. For 1 person maybe it would be enough but for two it’s a problem.
Breakfast was good but could be better.
No toilets on the ground floor.

The elevators sound like they need maintenance. Although breakfast is included , I would avoid the scrambled eggs. Coffee is marginal, considering one is in France.
