The temperature in the room was unberable and end up meeting all my cosmetics,
It was 40 degree inside the room, they left a huge sheets and a mini fan

The pool was great and my kids loved it. Parking was convenient. Reception was available to meet for key handover and arranging parking.
On checkout the lift was broken and we were on the 8th floor. I was promised assistance to carry the bags down but no one arrived. The unit was not as clean as expected as well, lots of dust and dirt under beds, cupboards and corners.
There are a number of homeless people living outside of the hotel in tents. They did not bother us, but it is not great to see. The apartment is not close to the Old Town, but uber is about 12 Euro, so not too bad but should be factored. Walking is an option but I felt uneasy walking through that part of town.

Perfect location and amazing price for what you get. It has a a private parking so it is safe.
We contacted via booking to reserved a parking spot with time. By the time we got there they told us that the parking was full and that I was supposed to CALL to arrange the parking, so the first night we had to find a parking in the streets and we where fortunate that nothing happened. Also there is no air conditioning so if you are planning to stay here don't come during the summer!

It's quite modern, clean and size and comfort is ok for one or two people. Good to have parking because it would be near impossible otherwise. Reception was professional and helpful enough.
Breakfast was quite small but but decent choice. With not a lot in the immediate area, it's good to have that option.
Even the larger junior suite is too small for 2 adults and 2 kids, need to climb over a bed and would be impossible to cook and eat for 4 people.
The immediate area is not very nice, first impression is seeing a bunch of 'homeless tents' with garbage and rats directly outside. A little further towards the river is better but not a good start.
It's 40 minutes by tram / metro to the old town so unless you need to be in that area..

The matress on the bed was of REALLY poor quality, and so thin that I could feel the wood under it.

Good breakfast and location.
We were a family of 4, so we booked a family room. When you pull the sofa bed out there's no room to get past, so you either have to walk over it when you want to go to the toilet in the night, or you need to move it somewhere else in the room ( which is far from good or safe). Most of the 4th floor is in terrible condition, with the flooring starting to come us (trip hazard if you're wearing heels!) Heating didn't work in some rooms, blinds falling down, mechanisms exposed, draughts as the cover to the blinds was no longer there, lights that didn't work, phones that didn't work, and cushion sized pillows. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay and feel quite ripped off. We have complained and raised issues with the hotel, but they don't seem interested.

The amenities in the room were great (we had a kitchinette that was very well set up, pans, pots, spatulas etc).
The room was very warm, we were unable to change the temperature, as it was controlled by the office.
The bed had a big slant in the middle, making it uncomfortable for 2.
