The bed was comfortable, although two mattresses put together instead of one.
The reception staff was very attentive and helpful, though -except for the main guy at daytime, which understood well- they struggle quite much with english, nevertheless very attentive, so it goes on the positive side of the review.
Water tanks are too small to fill up the bathtubs. It goes cold amidst the process. I was given a second room to do so, and still went cold as well after some time.
Cleanliness, although good overall, couldstill be a bit improved. Dried soap underneath the dispensers and some mold on between tiles.

The warmer in the bathroom did not work; the WiFi was spotty, TV prime was not working most times, AC was not good. We were told it’s an issue but we’re not compensated in any way, not even breakfast offered.
The place was somewhat run down, scaffed walls etc.

It is a well worn down property, but you have everything in your room-you coud cook, you can shower etc, it is silent, you can sleep. I didn’t eat breakfast but from what I saw people enjoyed the large variety.
It is worn down as mentioned before. Everything works somehow, but it feels old and used

.No restaurant or shop nearby. Food to heat in microwave available in reception. Great quality but expensive. Pizzas available but receptionist indicated that were not very good quality........

Air conditioned. Breakfast was very good. Close to metro and tram. Parking for free outside if you can find the spot or 12 eur per night in the garage.
Mostly it feels like a students’ dormitory. You have to pay 80 eur deposit for damages. When checking out, you have to throw away the trash and clean the kitchen. We were given only one set of towels and somebody managed to park in our spot on the very first night. For the next nights we we given another spot. Staff was very helpful.

Staff is great. Perfect location if you are going to spend time in Euroexpo.
They hold 80 euros on arrival, which is not mentioned anywhere. As a result, I had to make a video of everything as soon as I entered the room instead of resting after a long journey. The kitchen is about 0.5 square meters and is not suitable for anything. There is a notice saying you will be charged for cleaning if they don’t like how you cleaned the room before leaving. This made me nervous because their standards are unclear. There is no trash can in the room. I hit my head three times in the bathroom and kitchen (room 101).

The room is very nice and clean with a small kitchen - at the reception they even gave us the dish-washing kit (sponges, dishwashing liquid etc). There are different services which you may take (e.g. laundry, desserts).
The hotel itself is located nearby a metro station which leads directly to Lyon center (around 10 min ride).
Breakfast is very fulfilling and tasty.
Not a complaint to the Odalys staff but to other fellow guests - please wash dishes (provided by the hotel) thoroughly before you leave, this is clearly stated in the hotel rules. We had to wash dirty dishes (glasses smelled some beverage and there were dried stains on forks) after previous guests. The fact that you do not wash dishes properly shows your attitude towards other people. Please be more humane.
To the hotel stuff - please pay more attention to how cutlery and dishes are washed when you inspect rooms after check-out.

While the location isn't central, there are metro and tram stations nearby which get you directly there in around 25 minutes. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and cheap compared to other available options.
If you book less than a week, they don't clean the room, which I find a bit long, and they're stingy about towel changes. The dishwashing kit is extra charge.

The hotel is not in the center city but you have a good connection by the metro.
Also there were a lot of parking spaces around the building (if you arrive in the weekend)

The proximity to the metro is great to get around the city.
If you travel by car and you are lucky and there are enough spots, you can safely park your car outside the hotel. Otherwise you can use the fairly priced parking of the hotel.
The bathroom was clean but needs a renovation soon.
