They had a garage in the same building. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise both in quality and quantity.
We are a demanding crowd to please and this was way below the level we would usually opt to stay at, but still it didn’t feel safe. Paper thin walls, doors that barely lock, an elevator that stops nearly at your floor, and guests that take the home away from home slogan a couple of notches too far, are not signs of a hotel I would normally choose. Yet, because of the late reservation date we chose this hotel. There is nothing in itself that was bad; it’s the combination of things that made us feel uncomfortable and out of place.

Very Poor
Very bad staff no help and I canceled my 1 booking 17 till 19 and I paid 170 ponds I have covid 19 but the staff don't want to give me money very poor staf
Everything very bad I dont feel safe and note friendly staff

Exceptional
The location is excellent - very close to Gare de Vaise Metro and bus station with swift transport into the centre of Lyon. There is a large Intermarche nearby with pharmacies a short walk away. The Wallace Pub - very celtic - is a short distance away and also has excellent and very friendly staff. They do a very reasonable and delicious dish of the day at weekdays and Saturdays and show Rugby, Football and other sports on two large screens, great home cooking on site. There is also a very popular bread/sandwich place nearby. All we needed was at Appart’hotel : the staff are extremely charming and helpful. Paulette looked after us throughout our stay. Very good value for money. I hope to be back.

We had everything we needed at a fair price and the location was good, fairly calm and near the river. The staff was very helpful.
A smaller cooking pot in addition to what is there would be really helpful.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Good for metro and safe area to walk around with a few shops and restaurants.
The hotel was a little dangerous I feel - the lift only worked for my first 4 days if a staff member used their own card and the card did not open the fire exit for the stairs - the only way to get to my room on the 6th floor when noone was on reception - all weekend when I was there - was to walk to the other side of the building and to go through a fire door which was propped open.
The first day I tried to walk down the stairs near my room (as the lift was not working) I got to a fire door at the bottom however this would not open - this would have been very dangerous in a fire.
Also for the first 4 days I could not enter the washing room as the card did not work.
