Water dispenser at the lobby
the bathroom looked abit dated. the corridors' ceilings were exposed so you could see pipes and everything. Didn't realise that the city was making many road works, so quite a number of roads around the property had transport diverted or stops moved. It would have been nice for the property to update this on their listing so guests can make a better decision in choosing.

Good location, clean
The room had two single beds instead of a double bed, which constantly moved apart during sleep. The noise of the sewerage system was very audible in the room, as people were draining water or washing in the showers of neighbouring rooms. The kettle was located under the smoke detector - every time I boiled water, the detector was triggered by surprise - it was very shocking

Staff nice and friendly
Very old and dirty. Dusty and moldy. A lot of things broken. -2 degrees outside and the heater in the room and bathroom all not working. Kids freezing. We had to wear sweaters and socks in room all the time and yet still cold.

Quick to walk to Lyon La Part dieu train station with luggages
Spacious rooms
Nicely decorated ground floor
Damaged carpet and cellings of the corridors (at least on 3rd floor)
Heating system not functional during this stay
Bath room definitely needs to be deeply renovated
Very noisy from 5:30am due to promixity with the train tracks
Cleanliness should be improved
The place has potential and could be interesting if it is renovated but it would need deep renovation.

The room was too hot and the cooling system didn’t help, we had to open a window into the atrium.
We didn’t know that this property serviced the rooms only after 7 days; we were able to ask at reception for clean towels and more toilet paper.

The Appartment #321 was dirty, curtains were dirty and unattached, the painting was destroyed, there are holes in the walls, the air conditioning was not functioning and we were told it can’t be repaired ⁉️ The laundry system is uselessly complex and linked to an app for no reason. The ironing system is crap with a defect ironing appliance. The ironing and laundry room is dirty, not ventilated and full of mold ⁉️We had to beg to get the Appartment cleaned. I honestly do not recommend anyone to stay in this Appartment til it is refurbished ⁉️
