The property was clean and comfortable and included breakfast. The property is near the train link to the airport. I have previously submitted a review to the management and it respectfully provided a response to my comments which I value greatly.
The initial entrance to the property and car park layout (accessed mostly in the dark) was a little off putting and I felt uneasy. This garden space around the building was not maintained and the neighbourhood felt similarly unsafe with a lot of angry noise throughout the night from people in the street. In the end I don’t think there was need to worry. The room we had was on the west side of Building B and was very hot. The room did not have air conditioning but a fan had been put in the room. If you stay here in summer ask if it is possible for a room on the east side of the building.

Bus stop was right in front of hotel.
Lighting at the head of the bed would be nice.

The location was very convenient, with a store and tram/bus stop within easy walking distance. The room was clean, but it wasn’t serviced daily. In fact, during my one-week stay, there was no cleaning unless requested, and I had to ask for extra toilet paper as well.
Overall, though, the stay was good. The room was equipped with a fridge, oven, and basic cooking utensils, which was very useful. There was no air conditioning, but the fan was sufficient for the weather during my stay.
The breakfast was also good considering the price.
I had to ask for extra toilet paper, which I believe should be monitored and replenished by the staff based on the length of the stay.

I liked:
- how big the room and the bathroom were, in comparison with other accommodations in France
- the fact that it had a kitchinette where we could store our food and prepare breaskfast.
- it had working radiators that help us warm up after an icy rain

Only one power outlet- under table, couldn't even plug in the microwave!
The neon light in the kitchen was flickering, so couldn't use it.
Disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning. The hose kept falling out of the back of the fan, so the room temperature was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was not good value.

The location. It was near the train station. The staff was helpful.
It was hot inside the room but they provided portable aircon and electric fan. Breakfast was ok. My only problem is the room smelled like sewer. When you enter the room you can really smell it.
