Wonderful
The location was very convenient, with a store and tram/bus stop within easy walking distance. The room was clean, but it wasn’t serviced daily. In fact, during my one-week stay, there was no cleaning unless requested, and I had to ask for extra toilet paper as well.
Overall, though, the stay was good. The room was equipped with a fridge, oven, and basic cooking utensils, which was very useful. There was no air conditioning, but the fan was sufficient for the weather during my stay.
The breakfast was also good considering the price.
I had to ask for extra toilet paper, which I believe should be monitored and replenished by the staff based on the length of the stay.

I liked:
- how big the room and the bathroom were, in comparison with other accommodations in France
- the fact that it had a kitchinette where we could store our food and prepare breaskfast.
- it had working radiators that help us warm up after an icy rain
- staff were super nice
- great value for the money

Only one power outlet- under table, couldn't even plug in the microwave!
The neon light in the kitchen was flickering, so couldn't use it.
Disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning. The hose kept falling out of the back of the fan, so the room temperature was uncomfortable.
The breakfast was not good value.

The location. It was near the train station. The staff was helpful.
It was hot inside the room but they provided portable aircon and electric fan. Breakfast was ok. My only problem is the room smelled like sewer. When you enter the room you can really smell it.

It was a shortish walk from the station and it was quiet and good value. Fridge very useful. Bed comfortable.
You had to pull out the sofa bed and make it which was a bit fiddly. The air in the room was warm and stale even in winter so we opened the windows. No storage. The bath was chipped inside.

Nice city apartment, very good size for a family, we have only stayed 1 night, but enjoyed as the loving room was huge, small kitchenette was very useful, little fridge, nice size bedroom with a fan and huge air conditioning machine, big bathroom, friendly staff on arrival.
It was a bit difficult to leave the underground parking as we didn't know that we should have kept our room key with us,
when we handed over , we could have been informed that we need it , so we had to run about to look for someone to unlock the gate, where we thought it was automatic.
