Wonderful
Apartment was nice, the staff was nice and helpful, the beds were great.
There was no hair brusher in the bathroom and that was a pitty for such a decent apartment. We dried our hair with hot towels.

Was within walking distance to the Part-Dieu train station. Checking was smooth and the receptionist was very helpful. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. It was good value for the price.
It met our expectations, good value for the price therefore everything was good. Though it is older than expected it was sufficient.

The location was centrally and easy to get to transportation, and the staff were available around the clock if needed. Good parking lot. Room was large.
The elevator was out, which was annoying for luggage-both from the parking lot and from the lobby.

It was very cost-effective, located close to a subway station and supermarkets as well as some popular restaurants. The walk from the station is doable with luggage, but its definitely some exercise.
Its quite clean, but maintenance is not great. Cupboard door is hard to move, microwave timer didnt work, stuff like that. Not major problem but could be better. No aircon, only noisy fans. There is a paid-for washing machine in the common area which charges similar rates to a laundrette.

the shower was incredibly hard to use and quite small, there was no explanation for parking or how to get into the hotel while it's surrounded by construction

Wonderful
Very good location. The room was nice overlooking the garden. The room did not have a air-condition and in the hot summer this might be an issue, Ventilator was provided which really helped. Despite comments that I made in "not liked" I did have a pleasant stay. It was nice and quite and easy to walk to shops and restaurants. This is 2 star accommodation so we need to adjust the comments to it.
Throughout my stay nobody came into the room to clean or to change the towels, You would expect at least one visit in the period of 7 night that I stayed. No air-condition, keeping the window during the night was an option however unit I got some mosquito repellent I had no good sleep. After that all was perfect.

It was all we could expect and more. The staff that checked us in we friendly and helpful. We saw him each day and he was the one that got us the information on the city and made the stay great
It is a great property. The breakfast was just what you expected in France. Our daughter and granddaughter were thrilled to eat like a Frenchman.

The room was large enough for us and the 2 kids. It even had a little kitchen area which was unexpected. Very helpful staff and we could leave our baggage all day after check out as our flight was very late. Good location close to a metro station and 15 mins walk from part dieu train station.

The location was nice, close to metro station, around 20 mins walking from gare, Auchan in 5 mins. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Room was clean but there was no room service during the stay
The bed was super hard, I had neck and back pain the whole time… but of course it’s just my issue. My friend was completely fine. Also there was no kettle and no hair dryer in the room. They provided tea bags but no instant coffee

It's fine for a couple of nights. Ascetic apartments. But overall, everything you need is there. You can walk to the hotel from the train station, as well as to the center. There is also a metro station nearby (you can easily get to the bus station on it).
The kitchen needs updating and overall cosmetic repairs to the room.

We had a twin room with a kitchenette. We were beside the lift and expected it to be noisy, but it wasn't. The staff were lovely and checked us in early. The location was a 15 minute walk from the train station and a good 20 minute walk into Lyon. .
The kitchenette had largely what you need. an electric kettle was included in the kitchen, with tea and coffee, but no milk. We couldn't figure out how to work the microwave as we were unsure if it was broken.
