Wonderful
Didn't have the breakfast, but had a lovely room opening out onto the patio so we could sit out there at any time. Smaller rooms but totally acceptable. Great location on shopping street and close to town.

The location was great, easily walkable to sights and a metro station literally outside the door. The staff were helpful.
Ridiculously small room, too much furniture for the space, no where to put for luggage.

The location was excellent, very close to the main square and shopping streets. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had to check in quite late, but everything went smoothly without any issues. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the square, which we really enjoyed.
The only downside was that the duvets were a bit too thick for the summer season. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The breakfast was great, staff very helpful, good location
Shower, the whole room got wet, no doors on shower. The basin tap had a spray on it so you got sprayed every time you turned tap on. There was no fridge I the room.

I cannot understand why this is considered a 4-star hotel. There was no shower cabin or curtain in the bathroom, so everything got wet. I couldn't enter without getting soaked. In addition, there was no fridge in the room, and to make matters worse, the room looked nothing like the one shown on Booking.com, which I had specifically chosen. At most, this should be rated as a 1- or 2-star hotel. Needless to say, the price charged for the room was excessive.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. The staff were amazing. I don’t know what I will do without Arus and her delicious cakes and quiches in the morning. Really outstanding breakfast. Location perfect with metros and restaurants and shops all around. The outdoor terrace was so lovely and the perfect place to just have a coffee or glass of wine.

Location of the hotel was excellent - right next to a Metro station which meant the whole of the city was easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great with plenty of choice.
Room was a little small and the lighting could have been better.

Centrally located it is convenient to make use of the transport and a safer place to shop to your hearts content. Loved the vibe of the place with restaurants flooding with people in the evenings and the walk around the bridge to rejuvenate the soul.
