The room was a good size with room for our suitcases … location good, life to third floor … breakfast good, with large selection of different foods … and delightful to sit outdoors to eat in such a nice bright area

Excellent location, with a metro stationon the doorstep. Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Comfortable bed. Very good ensuite. Our room was on a lovely terrace where we enjoyed a very comprehensive breakfast including delightful home cooked cakes.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Lyon.

This is a very nice hotel - very comfortable, fantastic location right in the middle of Lyon. Plenty of places to eat and drink directly near and the metro just meters away. Despite being in the middle of a vibrant city it somehow managed to be an oasis of tranquillity with a lovely. We didn't try the breakfast because there are so many place round about to eat (though the breakfast looed great). The place even has parking (though not for large vehicles I would suggest).
This is not negative. the rooms are a little small. This is a centre of Lyon hotel and this is to be expected. If you have "American" expectations of room size then go to a large chain hotel. This place is a fabulous boutique hotel.

Where to start with this hotel? It's one of the best I've ever stayed in. Super comfortable, located close to Place Bellecour, and with the most efficient, friendly, and professional staff, all speaking beautiful English. Very clean, welcoming, and then there's the breakfast. Freshly baked cakes and pastries, a wide range of fresh and delicious foods run by a lady who does the baking. We'll be back to this hotel for sure.

Location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking tight but on site. Air conditioner.
Not easy to get there by car unless you know the correct address so make sure you ask. Small room but ok for one night.

My whole experience was excellent. My room was chic and cosy. The lovely chef cooked cakes and breakfast freshly each morning. I didn't get to use the outside terrace as it was rainy during my stay (2 nights), but it looked very inviting. Location wise coulnd't be better - the hotel is in a pedestrian precinct with easy walks to all places. The free water dispenser in reception and water bottle in the room were a lovely touch!
I visited a number of places in France, on a food and wine trip, and Lyon was my favourite place!
