Modern location. Staff were friendly and breakfast staff were very helpful. We had a charming attic room with a lovely skylight. Good soundproofing too. We had a lovely stay. There is one small lift but it comes pretty quickly so not an issue. Breakfast cakes were delicious and varied day to day.
We missed not having a bar fridge in the room to store milk for our coffees. Water pressure in shower could have been better but could be because we were on the top floor.

Staff were very kind and I loved the water machine in the lobby and the free water bottle they give you when checking in.
Room was a bit small and the desk had a slope so not convenient to place things.

The staff were very helpful when we had to deal with stressful situation. All staff were helpful at all times and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were excellent with enough of a range of things to eat. Location of the hotel was great. Easy to get to bars and restaurants, shops and sights.

Great location. Good room with access to a nice terrace. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent. Professional and friendly staff - we needed assistance with the safe and the staff were extremely helpful.
