The room and bathroom are great but there is nowhere you can open your suitcase other than on your bed which makes it difficult for us long distance customers.

The staff at this hotel was excellent. They helped us get around in a new city, called cabs and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was outstanding! They had a wide variety of food items including some local dishes as well as the usual eggs etc. My only down side is that the room was fairly dark and could have used more light. Perhaps brighter bulbs? It was raining, which didn't help. It was very walkable to old town Lyon and the Bellecour area. I would stay here again.

The location is very good. The metro A is right by the hotel. The Street is pedestrianised with lots of interesting shops. Breakfast is very good if you have an appetite! The room was off a pretty courtyard on reception level ( first floor) would be a good place in the summer!
Sound proofing of room not brilliant Wi-Fi never seemed to work very well especially for WhatsApp

I liked the style and that it was a boutique hotel
Unfortunately, in our room (44) we had a mosquito lodging with us and we both ended up with lots of bites which meant a visit to the pharmacy for some bite cream.
