Breakfast itself was good although a couple of times there were no staff around to greet us/let us in at the start of the breakfast service. The bed was comfortable, we slept well and it was great being able to open the large window to keep the room cool. Great storage in the room. The fridge was really useful and was not noisy at all. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the little walking route around the Chateau grounds.
The hotel smells very musty on the ground floor, but that could just be the old building/stone. Disappointed that the pool wasn't ready for use, we took our swimming things and expected the pool to be available as we paid for that facility as a guest and it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The location is a bit isolated (but peaceful) so you need a car.

Very beautiful place
We did reservation in hotel for 2 nights. Because we liked the region we asked for 1 night more, and we had to pay for last third night almost 50% more ? Why?

Super friendly staff. The room is comfy and clean. The hotel looks so beautiful and it's really from fairy tale . There is private parking. Breakfast is so nice. Totally recommend. Thank you.

Everything was marvellous and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast plentiful.
We chose the 7 course menu. Although the food was excellent, we had a small complaint that the beef was a little chewy, which was not expected.

Very friendly welcome on arrival and all staff excellent throughout. Excellent meal in evening in restaurant. Breakfast ok considering only 4 people staying overnight
Coffee/tea facilities in room disappointing. No milk. Only one paper cup each, no spoon. A proper cup or mug would have been more fitting and even a little carton of fresh milk in the mini fridge. Carpet in our rooom was threadbare in places

The rooms and the way they were set up, the kitchen (food was excellent), staff in every area willing to go out of the way to make the stay better.
The rain, but that was not the fault of the hotel. Mother nature's fault.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The public rooms and the accommodation were warm and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were high quality.
The shower was not fitted well and difficult to use.

Charming castle and grounds. We took a walk through the forest (about 20mins), played tennis and even did a wine tasting in their cellar. Dinner was wonderful too. Rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Would love to come back in summer when we can also use their pool!
No complimentary water in the room when you check-in. No wine glasses in the room either, but we just asked for these and it wasnt a problem.
