Room was not big but with the high ceiling it felt spacious. Complimentary coffee and tea. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view of the river.
Lighting in the room was a bit dark, that is with all the lamps on!

The location was perfect for exploring the town.
The restaurant was excellent.
Parking was easy although it was September so the town was quiet
Nothing really. The decor in our room and bathroom was a little tired but the price was so reasonable it was fine for an overnight stop.

Location was perfect, just next to historic buildings, shops and restaurants etc. Evening meal was delicious and breakfast was a good selection. Staff were very friendly and professional and were lovely with our 2 dogs. Plenty of green space to walk our dogs within minutes of the hotel.
Room was quite small and in the roof so lots of sloping walls (mind your head) but it was very clean and comfortable

Location and petit dej excellent.
The 2 hour yapping of a dog at an adjacent house in the evening. I accept the Hotel could nothing but it ruined my evening try to sleep. The bathroom sink lacked a plug and the tissue box was empty! I mentioned this on departure. I would like to return and a friend is now aiming to visit.

The cleanliness, quality and style of the hotel and of our room were superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good and it was lovely being on the river with free car parking very close to the hotel
Our room was a little small with the bed quite close to a low ceiling on one side but it was beautifully furnished and the shower room was just lovely.

Great location in the historic old town. Very quiet. Decor generally very smart. Excellent breakfast. Stone spiral staircase was a historic feature. Conservatory/restaurant overlooking the water looked superb.
While the ambiance of the restaurant was great, the quality of the food was rather average. Cote de Rhne was served too cold. Maybe add mosquito net to window for quiet ventilation at nightthe fan was noisy some mosquitoes from nearby small river.
