Walls very thin too much noise and after midnight and 5 am continue hearing noise banging and slamming doors in the hallway could not get any sleep! Too much loud noise all time of the night and early morning!

The warm cookie during check-in.
The location, NO AC ANYWHERE BUT ROOM, elevator was HOT, NO exhaust fan/no ac in water closet, ELEVATED BATHTUB/no shower doors, even in handicap room, water goes everywhere, SAFETY HAZARD FOR THE BATHROOMS, pillows deflated when you lay your head, the two men at the front desk were blatantly rude, the guy with the tall hair and curly said no extra cookies, they are ONLY for guests checking in…moments later 4 people(ALREADY CHECKED IN) were given 4 cookies, and 2 pretty girls were given 2 cookies as well. RUDE. The man with the low fade just was rude, period. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, for the price, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, also because the location was next to nothing that was open to eat at. You could have at least had regular water available, coffee and tea. Everything had a cost $$$, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The last two days, we weren’t even given washcloths??? This was all about the $$$ and not about the customer. For $321.40, I feel I was not treated like a Hilton Honors member. My points have yet to be added for this stay as well? I’m truly disappointed in the lack of Customer Service. I also had checked in online and picked my room number. We had been traveling all night, I had sent a message to request an early check in and was told at the desk, it’s $20. An hour to do so, yet, rooms weren’t ready. I was called over to the front desk and asked to move me to the 2nd floor, my reserved room was on the first floor and close to the elevators. I have bad knees, arthritis and requested no stairs, I was stuck in 205, hallway smelled like paint, I had to go up 3 stairs each time to and from the elevator. I was inconvenienced from the start. TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH EVERYTHING.

The room toilet does not have extractor fan. Toilet smells and shower room gets foggy.

Lovely hotel on presentation, cookie was lovely
Cleaners left takeout rubbish in room for two days, the room service was closed at 9pm and refused to bring breakfast after 9am. The coffee was not provided in the room after the first day for some reason(was not replenished after two attendances from the cleaners) Our family room booked for 4 only had two pillows, and three towels, and was situated over the smoking area of the restaurant, so when we opened the window because there wasn't any air con, our room stank of smoke.

I liked the room, especially the bed and pillows. I liked that there was a desk I could use. I liked that there were usb outlets available to charge devices.
Customer support - they didn't reply to emails. I called multiple times. It took me around 10 days to find out the information I was after and the information didn't come from the hotel staff in the end.
