Room was fine, parking was really handy and easy to access
It was all ok, we are used to private rooms rather than a formal aparthotel, so no criticism of it really, just a preference. There isn't much on the local area but it's not far from the centre of town.

the location was good
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room had no ambience whatsoever. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The climate control did not work, and the room was very hot - we had to sleep with the window open and let mosquitoes into the room. We were in the furthest corner of the property (as though the rooms were still under renovation??) We were also asked to clean the kitchen ourselves, and take our garbage out to the basement. I found this a bit odd as I believe we paid a cleaning fee.

Great facilities, great location with a short walk to the the harbour-side restaurants in La Rochelle. The studio was a good size, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
There wasn't much to complain about. There is a lack of free parking outside the apartment block is possibly all. You need to pay a damage deposit which I didn't see mentioned in the apartment description when booking but wasn't an issue really.

Well equipped room with a kitchenette & en suite bathroom. Added bonus of free access to a swimming pool. The location was good,close to the station & town but in a quiet area.
The reception staff were ok but not particularly warm & welcoming. There had been no advance mention of the 100 Euro deposit we had to pay & it took more than 24 hours for it to be returned after we checked out.

The area did not feel safe the room did not feel safe the front door was damaged as though someone had tried to get in bad lighting out side inside some lights did not work bathroom was tired

Great location. Car was parked in the garage and it stayed there all week; we walked everywhere or took the bus and train to get about.
Small room, biggish bathroom with comically small shower cubical.
