Free water and coffee was offered in lobby.
Upon checkin staff was unfriendly for our checkin & parking. He really took long time to arrange our rooms even we arrived at 18:00 hours. He overcharged us for the parking fee 64 instead of 12 per day in 3 days as mentioned on Booking.com. Room was tiny and the cleaning staff didnt make up the upper bed in 3-pax room in 3 days. The staff doesnt seem like to communicate to each others, my aunt already informed that 5 of us would have breakfast with fee, then when I came down for breakfast, receptionist almost stopped me to pay. Afterwards upon checkout, another receptionist almost forgot to charge for breakfast and we have to remind him.

we asked for a room with single beds and were allocated a room with bunk. When we asked to be moved they did so straightaway. Staff were very helpful throughout

Location is good for us. Easy connection to the central paris and close to china town.
Would be nice to have warm foods. Coffee was not nice .

Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).
The bathroom equipment (mainly the plumbing) needs a bit of an upgrade.

Security was great
The wifi code they gave us wasnt working, we paid city tax before entry and during check out they asked us to pay again. We missed our bolt we had already paid for because of this.
