Lots, will write an email to the property as the staff were quite rude and aggressive at times, the beds were hugely uncomfortable and the location was misleading

Disappointing
The restaurant is lovely, the staff are wonderful. The location is a mere 5 mins from 2 different metros on line 12.
As a tip, book transfers from the hotel via Sixt. For €40 each way we got beautiful private transfers with text updates door to door. Transfer takes 25 min max.
This is in no way more than a 2-3* hotel. The rooms, as so so many have mentioned, are unbearably hot, the aircon after a 22° day didn’t go below 20° and throughout all three nights reached 25° as standard room temperature. Unbearable. Hotel doesn’t have fans (we asked).
Mini fridges don’t work.
The pool is disgusting - dirty, worn and in dire need or a refurb. Do not believe the pics! The “spa” is a treatment room. Nothing like a spa hotel

When we arrived we supposed to use the swimming pool the staff don’t let us go nothing is included in the price they say they are overpriced

Staff was nice, helpful and professional. Restaurant and bar were very good (food, drinks, and service).
Very small room, with very basic facilities, shower spilling water over the floor, no good desk to work. Window view not nice. I had much higher expectations from a 4 stars hotel.
