Staff was always very pleasant to deal with and solved straight way my problems.
The hotel is passing for refurbishing so still some things are missing like a katel, tea and coffee.

We came back to hotel room at 3 in the morning from weekend night out tired & sleepy so at 8 in the morning that too on Saturday the construction work started right next to our hotel room with too much noise so after that couldn’t sleep until the checkout time. P.s the double bed was also so uncomfortable & was shaking and moving even if we were slightly turning around or changing the sides during the sleep!

Staff are ok and helpful. Room is clean
Room was too cold throughout, no air conditioner or heater (heater is there but control removed). TV not working. No restaurant. Room too small. The painting and look of the room not good
