Towels where not in the room I had to ask. Some cigarette odor in the room and cigarette burn marks on the furnitures. Silicone gaskets on the shower have moisture. inside the drawers it was not clean. Old furnitures in synthetic leather with holes and scratches.

Disappointing
Clean towels daily was a plus. Average trip into Paris took an hour through the bus system.
The room smelled of smoke, lighting was extremely poor, the entire hotel has 1 Iron for clothes which we requested numerous times but was always told that another guest had borrowed so we never received it. Hair dryer switches off frequently while in use. Fire alarm went off early one morning and feedback from reception was that a guest was smoking in their room. Floor boards in the passage were coming loose.

The room floor was disgusting. There were dust clouds everywhere, underneath the bed,behind the doors,under the desk. The room also smelled like sigaret smoke, and the walls were filthy. There was mold in the shower and the towels didn't seem clean. We immediately booked out of the hotel and went to another one.

It's a good room for the money. It's in a Parisian suburb about 20-30 minutes by metro from the town centre where the Eiffel Tower and all the museums are. The metro station is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is really great. It was a shopping mall about a 10 minute walk as well that has a big super market (Carrefour) which is handy. They change your towels daily. The view was beautiful from my window. There was a big window which allowed me to have cool air come in the room as it was quite warm.
On the bathroom, you will only get hand bar soaps and shower gel so I would advise to make sure you bring your own toiletries that usually other hotels supply. However, they do top them up daily. There was no door sign for you to put on the door that says "do not disturb" or "service my room". The room was decently clean but I feel like it could have been cleaner. The bed was really uncomfortable and I found loads of hair strands before I even lay down.

Helpful reception food was average no expansion on menu no bar and taxi didnt arrive this morning we had to order a Huber to get us to train station staff this morning wasnt helpful so disappointed I wanted a hotel Paris this was 45 min from Paris so upset with location
