The staff was helpful. The location was quiet and serene. Transport options were available
The staff could improve on cleaning, changing bins and providing condiments. They did not provide bottled water and charged an extra 8 euros for water.

I had a argument with your staff ( 7:00am) .(reception) I asked code to open a gate. and he said I do not need code to open the gate. because it will open automatically. so I tried to go out without code. but I could not go out . so I went back to reception. receptionist said I was too slow to go in front of the gate. and he asked me to go to gate again (without code) I do not understand why he does not give me code . it is simple. and I could not believe what he said you are too slow. I used many times campanile hotel before but it was first time to mee this type of attitude and communication. I had a very bad feeling from the morning on the day. evening staff was so nice and kind..

I went into Paris and the security access number had been changed from the one given to me previous day. I got bitten all over from bed bugs itchy spots not a good rxperince.

Nothing worth narrating
Room cleaning practically after personally following no maintenance Towels did not change in 4 days bed sheet changed upon insistence asked for repair of reading light despite promise not done till I left they want us to use disposable glasses repeatedly and did not replace tea , caffe only provided once this is disadvantage of booking online you show it like a palace and when you reach there you are shocked

The room size was perfect, we asked for a crib for our 2 years old and she slept very well in it. The bathroom size was also perfect. We had coffee and tea in the room.

We came to Paris for holidays.. I am really disappointed by the service and also by the facilities that they promised at the hotel. On the first day, there was no hotwater available in the bathroom and later on that day, there was no water available for a shower. The hotelrooms had too many mosquitoes and I couldn't sleep because of that. We even checked out one day earlier because of the sleepless nights we had there.
The hotel is also over priced and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

No warm water for almost a day ... Used the kettle to make a cup of tea and the fire alarm went on ... Reception was not so kind just for 30 mins before the check in he didn't want to at least take our hand luggage, normally all the hotels ecc... do ..

the security and cleaneliness of the hotel and room. the rest looks good as it is.
The breakfast since we took it for 3 days. No variety food at all and less option since were Muslim.
just can take the pastry or egg if available. Too bad.
