Wonderful
The price was very affordable and the staff were pleasant, the best part is the location, this is an excellent base as your 30-45mins from mountains, gorges, lakes, perched villages, towns and the beach!
I can't believe that people would leave a bad review because it was raining during their stay, how petty! the accommodation isn't responsible for the weather!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The shower room was modern and functional. Lots of storage
Property was tired and dated, couch was really uncomfortable, utensils were of poor quality, walkway down to house was potholed and poorly lit, pools were filthy, basketball court was locked, bed sheets were extra and towels and house was cold, garden was overgrown and leafstrewn and filled with toys from a neighbours house and the laundry holder was broken. I had to wash the oven tray before I used it as it was covered in grease. Shower curtain instead of door. No upstairs bathroom

Receptionist/manageress was friendly
The premises were nothing like in the photos which must have been taken years ago. The site was shabby and unattractive, the chalet tiny and not clean, the bathroom opened on to the kitchen/living area. There was only one mug available in the kitchen. We were given bedding to make up the bed ourselves and one of the sheets had mould on it then the replacement I got from the office had holes in it. There was no designated parking for each chalet and as there seemed to be permanent residents on site, there were more cars than spaces. As we were only staying 2 nights we didn't complain as nothing would change in that time.

Pool was very good with lots of available sun beds
Bin area was appalling! full and overflowing - a health hazard!! (inside the gates and also outside on the street side)

Free parking on-site next to the house, big bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, terrace with table and chairs, shops nearby, great value for Cote d'Azur area. Staff are helpful and available for questions.
Beds aren't too comfortable and the house can get unpleasantly warm in the summer months because of the lack of airconditioning. The floor could have been a bit cleaner too. My advice is to bring some own equipment with you to tackle these issues.
