Walk to train station. Close to centre ville. Large room & shower. Very nice staff with great lunch & dinner recommendations. Excellent breakfast buffet. Quiet for sleeping.

Lovely hotel right next to a tram stop, but good sound proofing, didn't really hear any noise. There was a pool but we didn't use it as we were only there one night on our way further down France. Breakfast was extra at 22Euros, we didn't partake, but good bakery opposite so got coffee and pastry from there. Nice fixtures and fittings. Great hotel if arriving by Train or bus
If you are arriving by car the car park is difficult to find, sat nav took us around and around for ages as it is not clear that you can park for a while outside the hotel as it looks like it is just for trams. Once in the car park it is very tight and only a few spaces allocated to the hotel. We arrived on a Sunday and the shopping arcade where the lift takes you to the ground level was shut so had to call the hotel who opened it from the street level. It was all a bit of a pain after driving around and around. Hotel needs to may be give you a heads up if arriving on a Sunday.

The staff was extremely helpful. We had a delivery prior to our arrival and the staff accommidated. The room was exactly as described with a large king bed and plenty of room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great bedding.
Internally - nothing. Externally - they need to keep the riff raff at bay and tidy up the front. Its a high pedestrian trafficed area and trash accummulates quickly.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the main street and it was very quiet. The room was very clean and the staff were amazing. The location was steps away from the train station.
Nothing, we loved it here and would book again in a heartbeat.

This hotel has fairly recently been renovated and is very nicely fitted out. It's well positioned for both the railway station and the historic centre. Our room was in the rafters and, as promised, had a view over the city. Size was adequate rather than large. Staff were friendly and attentive, although our non-functioning room safe was never mended (but the receptionist remembered to ask about it every morning). Breakfast was fine and the pool plus jacuzzi were accessible and enjoyable.
It would have been good to have been able to use the room safe. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Room was very nice. The wellness area is a treat. The pool is great. Service was friendly
Parking is complicated in the hotel garage. Breakfast was so so (terrible scrambled eggs from a mix).
