The front desk staff are awesome. The hotel is on a University campus and in a quiet area but near a tram stop and 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms are spacious and modern.
Parking can be hard to find.

Situated on the university campus there is a friendly yet professional vibe. Great as a stopover, with automated checkin via key boy after hours. Rooms were good with comfy beds.
Some noise from adjacent rooms in the early hours. Car park is a short walk from the hotel and somewhat unkempt. Breakfast was poor, not nearly worth the £8

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, good walking area for our dog. Once you have booked, follow the address provided by the hotel for parking access as it's not the same as the hotel's address.

It’s convenient for an overnight stop and also dog friendly. Lots of space.
The windows block the room when they are open. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. There was only one fork and one small, burnt saucepan.

Dogs running around in the corridor unattended by their owners, dog smell in the corridor and the elevator. No room cleaning during stay, no change of towels. Breakfast very poor.

A very nice hotel for a great price. The location is a bit out of hand regarding proximity to the city, but a tram stop (which takes you to the centre) is just a few minutes walk
