Wonderful
Easy self check-in with very clear instructions. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, including the small kitchen area, which made it feel almost like home. The bed was comfortable and the location was very convenient, only about 10 minutes from the city centre by car and around 40 minutes on foot. Parking was included, although the parking area was a little hidden and quite small. Overall, good value for money.
The breakfast could be improved, for example by adding some eggs and vegetables. Unfortunately, the ham and cheese did not seem very fresh and had already developed a dry crust. The coffee also did not taste good. There were not enough plates set out on the tables. The room was quiet during the night, but between 5 and 6 a.m. we could clearly hear heavy footsteps from people walking in the hallway.

Well price performance was good. Nice and big room. Staff is great and helpfull.
Our room was on floor level. There were no curtains so either close the blinds or not during night and day. No a/c so extremely hot. Extreme big window, even the whole window open because the blinds are down no wind can enter. We couldn’t sleep whole night.don’t rake room 2❗️ other rooms should be ok.

Great stay right on the Burgundy University campus. The location is super convenient whether you're driving or using public transport - there’s a direct tram line that takes you straight into the heart of Dijon.
Having a kitchenette in the room was a huge plus. There’s a massive shopping center nearby with a supermarket, so we could pick up fresh French produce and cook our own meals. Honestly, I have to mention the kitchen knives—they were the sharpest we’ve ever found in a hotel! It made cooking so much easier. A perfect, practical base for exploring the city.

The front desk staff are awesome. The hotel is on a University campus and in a quiet area but near a tram stop and 10 minutes from downtown. The rooms are spacious and modern.
Parking can be hard to find.

Situated on the university campus there is a friendly yet professional vibe. Great as a stopover, with automated checkin via key boy after hours. Rooms were good with comfy beds.
Some noise from adjacent rooms in the early hours. Car park is a short walk from the hotel and somewhat unkempt. Breakfast was poor, not nearly worth the £8

It’s convenient for an overnight stop and also dog friendly. Lots of space.
The windows block the room when they are open. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped. There was only one fork and one small, burnt saucepan.

Dogs running around in the corridor unattended by their owners, dog smell in the corridor and the elevator. No room cleaning during stay, no change of towels. Breakfast very poor.
