5 stars – Outstanding Service and Hospitality We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Dijon! The highlight was the incredible service from the front desk—especially one staff member who went above and beyond. He warmly welcomed us, shared the fascinating history of Dijon, and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and dinner. Thanks to his local insights, we enjoyed some hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but the outstanding hospitality truly made our experience special. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Dijon!

It's just 5 minutes away from the train station.
Perhaps because it's just 5 minutes away from the train and tram stations, I feel a little tremor while I was on the bed. Also, there is currently some restoration of the façade going on, so noise was loud from 8 am till 6 pm. They do provide ear plugs, but why if one has other options. Also, a staff was very blunt with us as we were early (11 am instead of 3 pm) Instead of kindly explaining that the room wasn't ready, which I understand, he just took our luggage and said come back at 3 pm. It is a male with white hair and glasses. Also, perhaps because my room was facing the side where it is renovating, my Wifi was also bad. Only my bathroom and near the door has Wifi. My stay was not as pleasant and I would probably find something else next time..

Only steps from train station., great location to walk to center of the Dijon, can store luggage before heading to next location
Some construction going on thru June so some noise during the day. Our room had scaffolding in front of it so did not feels safe to keep the window open for some fresh air.
